Now if you have a mailbox and pay your fees, you will be charged additional fees if you get more than 10 packages a month. Get an additional 10 packages per month for another $5. This was not explained well by a couple of staff. So for any online sellers who use this paid service, they will be charged for each additional package beyond 10 for just receiving packages. So now after paying for shipping and monthly fees, they charge per package after 10 packages per month. We'll ask to see the policies and if they are congruent with corporate policy. It's a busy place after work and weekends.

However my experience today was wonderful. The service was quick and friendly. The postal worker greeted me as I walked in and was cheerful as he assisted all of us in line. It's usually the same gentleman behind the counter, and he answers questions with patience and a smile. The building is very small so there may be a few services this location doesn't do but so far everything we've needed (including sending registered mail) has been a breeze, and they do have P.O. Boxes. The building is actually on 4th Street so its easy access and parking is along the North side, as well as in the lot behind. Note they're closed for lunch from 11:30-12.
