But my husband and I…read moreare both disabled, and our vechicle doesn't always start and run when it should, but we can call her when we have a package(or lots of mail!) come in and she will put in in the "package" post office box so that we can pick it up when we can get the truck started (to sign the paper that comes in to sign)!! Basically, the mail service is arbitrarily deciding which items to deliver and return others for no apparent reason. I've had the same exact address for over 20 years and only recently I've been getting notifications from the VA and other companies of returned mail and requests to update my address.
