I have only received excellent service as well as observed excellent service to others. I have found the employees to be courteous, efficient and very personable. While every company can get some constructive criticism, I find it sad that more people don't post their positive experiences. But, like usual, bad news travels faster than good news.

This last time we added a gift card with our rent. Been 3 weeks and he has not yet received it. Do we have to go so far as to pay to insure it to make sure they walk the 10 feet to put our rent in his po box?! From now on, we'll have to hand deliver or we'll set up electronic payments. I find that the doors are not open to the business desk until 10 AM. So I wait in line for them to open and get my mail posted immediately and put in the outgoing mail.
