What bothers me the most is that the clerk will take on a difficult task, requiring lots of time, without asking the customer to step aside and at LEAST ATTEMPT to take on 2 or 3 simple, ONE-MINUTE REQUESTS for action. But, NO. 15 to even 30 minutes later, most in line have given up and gone to the QuickPrints shop who, for a fee, will mail, OR BEST RECEIVE FOR YOU, the medication, package or whatever. ANOTHER ISSUE is that there are other employees "BACK THERE" who COULD HELP WITH THE LINE. But, no, they are waiting for retirement and, so what, there will always be a line. RIGHT?

The package (Xbox) then sat at the post office until May 1st, at which point it was returned to sender. When he did go to the post office, the postal worker was helpful and appeared frustrated with the situation as well but told him she didn't know why they didn't attempt delivery again or why there was any issue delivering to his address. I will not mail anything to him through USPS again. Unfortunately the store this was purchased from did not offer other options. Very disappointed.

I have NEVER experienced such poor mail delivery service in my life! I thought USPS was a respectable job and government service but the Belgrade post office has seriously caused me to change my mind. It's pretty sad to not have a dependable mail service here. I'm scared to find out what it's like when the weather gets bad.
