At first I didn't realize what a great place this was - but time after time I have returned to do ALL of my shipping. Whether that be Christmas gifts, birthday gifts or just prizes or samples I ship out - they have NEVER let me down. The staff here always help you find the fasted most affordable way to ship from you to whoever you are shipping to - anywhere! They can pack and ship it or they will ship what you pack and they do so at the best prices. I always just let them pack my stuff - that way I don't have to worry about a thing! Another great thing about this place - they keep track of all your shipments - what I mean by that - I ship to my son in May - I return - and say - ship this to my son Jon - and they say - the one in Wilmington at such and such a street - that's right - they keep the names and addresses of everyone you ship to - so if you do ANY amount of shipping to the same places - this is GREAT - no need to remember anything or pre-label anything - they do ALL of it for you and they are happy to do so! And what makes our little post office exceptional are the people that work there. Every time I have ever needed to ship something out - I tend to leave UPS and FEDEX for other folks and I head right to my little post office down the street. I know that they will find the best way possible for my package at the very best price. Most of the time beating out the cost of the other two already mentioned. They have gone out of their way to take care of my shipping needs and they carry everything at the location I've ever needed. So - they are well stocked - professional and friendly and their hours I have found to be as good or better then most. I cannot find any issues with this location and that includes parking just feet away from the door and yes - they take credit cards too!

If incompetency could fly, the Silver Creek postal system would be an airport. I reside in a…read morebuilding encompassing four apartments, each tenant's door clearly marked "A", "B", "C", or "D". I recently lost a $50 food order because the mail carrier placed the package at the wrong door, despite the shipping address clearly marked as "C". The driver lazily and irresponsibly stopped at the first door he encountered and dropped off the package, rather than look for the correct apartment. Later, I was told: "Your carrier states he delivered the package." Yeah, duh, he delivered it alright, but to the wrong door. This week I never received my pet's medication. According to the Silver Creek post office, it was returned to the sender due to my address being invalid. Then explain how I received the previous three orders? And how am I receiving daily mail in my mailbox if the address is no good? They need to wake up!
