If incompetency could fly, the Silver Creek postal system would be an airport. I reside in a building encompassing four apartments, each tenant's door clearly marked "A", "B", "C", or "D". I recently lost a $50 food order because the mail carrier placed the package at the wrong door, despite the shipping address clearly marked as "C". The driver lazily and irresponsibly stopped at the first door he encountered and dropped off the package, rather than look for the correct apartment. Later, I was told: "Your carrier states he delivered the package." Yeah, duh, he delivered it alright, but to the wrong door. This week I never received my pet's medication. According to the Silver Creek post office, it was returned to the sender due to my address being invalid. Then explain how I received the previous three orders? And how am I receiving daily mail in my mailbox if the address is no good? They need to wake up! read more
