I recently lost a $50 food order because the mail carrier placed the package at the wrong door, despite the shipping address clearly marked as "C". The driver lazily and irresponsibly stopped at the first door he encountered and dropped off the package, rather than look for the correct apartment. Later, I was told: "Your carrier states he delivered the package." Yeah, duh, he delivered it alright, but to the wrong door. This week I never received my pet's medication. According to the Silver Creek post office, it was returned to the sender due to my address being invalid. Then explain how I received the previous three orders? And how am I receiving daily mail in my mailbox if the address is no good? They need to wake up!

He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. Nolan's knowledge and expertise when you have an issue like this is just what you need for your home and health!
