The drop in star is because I don't understand their idea of "sipping" and sending. I get the "send" part. I don't get why I'd want to drink wine or buy it before sending my packages. There were few people in front of me, but the line moved very quickly. One oddity was that the female worker was continually spraying disinfectant and other odor sprays to the point where it was bothering me. When she called me up, I asked her why she keeps spraying stuff and she said she keeps smelling something bad and that it smelled like cats which she is allergic to. Suddenly, I smelled it too. Pretty bad odor coming from a man standing nearby. I felt bad for her, as she was friendly and efficiently trying to do her job while maintaining a happy holiday spirit (she has holiday music playing for all to enjoy). Then, somehow my transaction rang up wrong and I was overcharged. She caught it, fixed it and wished me a blessed day. I wish one for her, too, and hope that man with the odor left soon after me!

All she was doing was looking at the bluey ones. & one worker (that's not helping me), as I'm looking back & fourth to the lady that's helping me and watching my child, says "your kid is looking at the beanie babies" & I said "yup" & she proceeds to say "she's taking cards out" & I said "where?" Because my daughter didn't take ONE card out. & she said back, "I need to watch my kid". HOW RUDE. My kid is looking at the beanie babies.
