Good curtious service clean n friendly convenient and many of them as well easy accessible from many places too

I like the self service kiosk. The location is good for me. Some of the tellers are nicer than others. Good hours of operation.

A quick stop at this post office to ship an eBay package. All of the packing materials are easily accessible and fully stocked. They even have a small area with tape and pens. The lobby area features an automated kiosk that includes a scale for purchasing the right amount of postage. Plenty of easily accessible parking. Large number of post office boxes here, too. The clerk who rang up my sale was pleasant. This post office is A-OK. [Review 10261 overall, 24 of 2019.] read more

Very clean and very practical self-service section. Had to mail an urgent letter and missed the 9-5 window at my little postal shop. Came and and got er done. Very happy. I love self-service post offices. read more

I would never recommend coming here! The staff is uneducated of the services they offer and the girls up front have very POOR ATTITUDES! I have never seen such atrocity. DO NOT COME HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I don't even want to give one star! read more

very fast and efficient very knowledgeable staff happy to visit this post office again

Went to do a package drop off at 6:45 pm at the self service area and the drop box was broke. When I asked the employee inside she rudely said "I can't help you, I'm counting money". After looking for a drop cart or any place to put the package with the postage that was already paid at the Kiosk. Meanwhile the employee was complaining loudly about all the customers with another employee. I tried to ask again if there was another place I could take the package and again she yelled again " I can't help you I'm counting money." (She sure could trash talk all the customers loudly that they had today though.) I told her I just want to know if there is another drop location in Cape Coral and she said she didn't know. She was too busy complaining about customers with the other "off duty" employee to answer a question. So rude. Both of those rude ladies need to attend a customer service class. Very disappointed in their behavior as government employees. I would give them zero star if Yelp allowed it. Awful experience today, and very poor planning by management to handle a broken drop box. At a minimum they could have temporarily opened the top of the two part door and put a letter cart there so customers could drop packages, especially since there were employees still in the building working. Very poor planning to deal with an equipment issue. read more

I would rather walk on hot coal than interact with their employees for more than a few minutes. They're condescending, rude, and treat you like you aren't deserving of some basic respect. I rarely use this service and have never had a good experience with it. On the other hand, I've yet to have a bad experience with literally any other delivery service. If you have any self-worth, go somewhere. read more

I have lived in Cape Coral now for 1 year. I have never seen worst postal service anywhere in the country. I have had numerous packages sent back to the post office since my carrier wont drop a box at my door. If its bigger than a letter is goes back to the post office every time !!!!!!! A 12 mile round trip, a long discussion on why they cant find the package, after an hour I have a 50% chance of getting the package if they haven't already sent it back like again today. Today it had already been sent back. SO Frustrating, fire the incompetent mail carrier. I spoke to her at the mail box one day and she says she works for a contractor, not the US postal service. I talked to the post office today and they say they all are US Postal Employees. They have yellow card to stop your mail and then restart it on a certain date, don't bother filling these out. Total waste of time. They don't follow they're own procedures. I have filled them out twice both times I had to go back make the trip and wait an hour for my mail ridiculous ! We pay the highest taxes and get rewarded with the worst service. Terry J Cape Coral Parkway W. read more

This is literally the worst post office I've ever encountered. My home is a new construction and they always claim that my address is undeliverable even when I've already filed the address with them only USPS has issues, most of the time important letters get put in my neighbor's mailbox and important packages just get returned to sender because they don't even bother!!!! The last time I tried to track a package that was "undeliverable" and everyone there including management said the package wasn't there .. come to find out it was there all along for like 2 days .. i also tried to ship something and they said the box was too big when I know for a fact I have shipped bigger boxes ! They are just a mess .. what a shame it's the only one in Cape Coral smh read more

Horrible Postal Service I recently realized I haven't been getting mail for three weeks I've been wondering why am not getting mail, I had a lady come to my house the other day and told me my mail is getting delivered to her house and she lives two streets over and she keeps sending it back stating wrong house she said it's been going on for our entire month South E. 17th Pl. and Cape coral get a different male driver read more

The postal employees at this post office DELIVER! They're efficient, knowledgeable and professionally pleasant. Service really doesn't get better than this. In fact, this is the only post office I've utilized that staffs an expediter during especially busy times. The expediter answers questions, makes sure everyone has needed forms and other materials, and handles small transactions. It makes the line move MUCH faster and is appreciated. This is the "main" post office in Cape Coral. They handle things other locations do not handle. For instance, we bought a house that was a "new build". Our house was given an address during the process but we had to install a mail box and get put on the mail delivery route. This is where I went to take care of that business. It wasn't difficult and they answered all my questions with ease. The postal building is a decent size, well-lit and clean. The parking lot is a good size for the regular flow of business and only hits its capacity during peak times (think December). read more

I'm a former postal worker and have crossed crafts delivering both city and rural mail. I start my review in this manner so as to validate the deplorable way this office is managed. I've had several issues with this office (I believe Christy is still the manage) and the carrier (Her name is Dianna). On one occasion, I ordered very expensive perfume, I got a delivery confirmation but never got the perfume. I contacted the office and they said it wasn't their problem. Another time the carrier forced a package into the mailbox so hard that the package was damaged and it took me over 20 minutes to get it out of the mailbox using a pry-bar and screwdriver. ( I have pictures and kept the damaged box.) I called the office and they said Christy would definitely call me back. Never happened! Yesterday, I was supposed to be receiving 2 items sent from different locations. Both had tracking numbers, one was delivered and the other one wasn't. BUT, when I checked the tracking numbers, it showed that the one that did arrive was scanned at 6:17pm and the one that I didn't get was scanned at 7:36pm. Anybody who is familiar with a basic postal route knows that this is highly irregular to say the least! I've been on hold with the office since long before I started writing this review, they've yet to actually answer the phone. I even called the South office and spoke with Bill to see if there was any other way to get a hold of a person. Kudos to him for trying to cover for them. (I won't write what he said because it would probably get him in trouble even though he's right!) So, again no resolution and I've been on hold for 1.37 hours. It used to be about the "sanctity of the mail", not anymore. At least not at this office! read more

I have the same problem with my packages the carrier does not bring them to my door the just put the pink slip in my mailbox without ringing my doorbell how rude. I am disabilabled n do not drive so how am I going to get my packages? the post office lost do much money cause I will not order through the mail cause I stopped shopping through the mail. they have no respect read more

They say delivery attempted yet they never actually even try to come to the door, if it's not a letter we don't get it. And every time we do order packages we pray the carrier isn't USPS cause it's more than likely we won't even get it at the post office before they loose it or return it to sender. Even the tracking when you ship something directly from this post office is off. I had a package "lost" that I dropped off directly into their parcel drop off using their kiosk, the tracking never updated, but by some miracle my 3 day delivery got to its destination within 3 weeks. The package was for my niece's birthday I was so sad she did not get it for her birthday but so shocked when she called to say she got her present when the tracking never even updated. This place is just a headache. read more

I AM grateful that our Post Office on 11th Terrace has been remarkable with all that's going on. I hope before people give a bad review that they would just take a minute and breathe imagine people who are less than patient with shorter than average tolerance day in and day out. Relax pray for someone while your waiting. The time goes quickly enough. There are many people in the last few months who wish they could stand in line and wait! read more

We normally would never submit a public complaint, however, today was the last straw. Our mail carrier is the worst we have ever experienced. We came home today to find he didn't pick up our mail that was supposed to go out today. We have watched him get out of his truck and deliver mail to the front door of our neighbors homes. We went through a construction period and he would literally get upset because a contractor was parked in front of the mailbox. We did our best to make sure the road was clear for him to stay in his truck and deliver our mail, but there were times it was beyond our control. Today he decided to not pick up and deliver our mail because the neighbors are now doing construction with several trucks obscuring our mailbox. THIS IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL and we are sick of this being an excuse for the mail carrier to NOT DO HIS JOB!!! PLEASE TAKE NOTE...THE POST OFFICE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTLANDISH DISPLAY OF FRUSTRATION HE CONSISTENTLY SHOWS TOWARD OUR EXPENSIVE MAILBOX. We spent a pretty penny to remodel our home and install a high end mailbox that should last for decades, but your mail carrier continues to slam open the iron door of the mailbox and we have videos to prove this unnecessary action. We highly encourage additional training that it is OK if a mailbox is obstructed since it only takes an extra 10 seconds to get out of your truck and DO YOUR JOB!!! read more

This dispatcher that attends the zip code 33993 is a problematic person, more than a month ago my husband's vans began to bother her, she asked if we could move the vans forward for her to have more space, then she began to make a hole in the grass with her car and she say that it was difficult for her to get to the mailbox, when I complained to her, she got upset and then the problems started, she made me a complaint in the post office service and now I was notified that I have to move the mailbox and until I solve that problem I will not receive my correspondence either. Since 2011 that I moved to this house I have NEVER had problems with any letter dispatcher, since this lady took this route has been a disgrace, I am going to move the mailbox FORWARD but who is going to paid o fix that hole tha she made in the grass?? the postal service or her ?? because what she has done there is horrible a huge hole. I suggest that you should investigate this lady for being so conflictive and rude with clients, besides that she doesn't like me is not my problem, she has to do her job for which they are paying her. read more

Most useless and unfriendly postal employees ever.. They've lost packages on me within the post office. ::::::::::situatuon involved a guy name BRIAN::::::::::: I can't believe what I went through today. Was trying to send out packages and a guy working in the back NOT THE PERSON WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF ME really came out of his way to say WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE SENT IT IN A BOX BUT REALLY NASTY WITH THE WAY HE SAID IT after the lady who was taking care of me forgot to stamp my package with the fragile stamp. It doesn't seem like a big deal but to go out of his way to interrupt a transaction that he wasn't even suppose to be in was very disappointing. He had no uniform on no name tag. It's really funny that people just can't say things in A NICE WAY. Like....if you put it in a box if the item is fragile it will get there safer. No too much to ask. THANKS BRIAN FOR EMBARRASSING ME IN FRONT OF ALL THOSE PEOPLE. REALLY MADE ME WANT TO GO BACK THERE. Being PROFESSIONAL is very important when working with the public. read more

This particular post office seems to understand the importance of courtesy and customer service. We are constantly having issues with USPS since moving to Florida. I have seen issues ranging packages left on the sidewalk in front of our apartment to the delivery person marking packages as unable to deliver due to address issues and frequently packages that show delivered but never even show up. Trying to speak to someone to report the issue is another nightmare. The USPS has the worst and most frustrating phone menu system I have ever had the displeasure to use. Oddly we usually get bills and junk but packages marked "Prime" containing electronics go missing. read more

UPDATE: After two months now my mail delivery person is still barely able to deliver the mail that shows up in my informed delivery email on a regular basis. Suspiciously it seems to repeatedly be mail related to my health care. Not only important documents I need, but why did my health insurance company have to send me 3 insurance cards before one was finally delivered? Who has my other insurance cards? Called after it happened twice and was told my regular delivery person was out that day and it must have been a substitute driver. So what happened to the first insurance card? Coincidental that it took them speaking with my delivery driver before they finally delivered one of my insurance cards. I hoped that fixed the issue but unfortunately more mail in my informed delivery email from the health insurance company was not delivered this week. The post office told me if I see an item in my informed delivery it DEFINITELY went out for delivery. So where are all of these health care documents with my personal information ending up because it is not at my address? I should not have to pay for a P.O. Box to know my information is safe. Whoever drives my route should be fired. I don't even want to call to sort it out because I know A. they will make up an excuse like with the insurance cards and B. they will scream at me for calling them, I live in a 1 car household and driving to the post office during the week to pick up mail & to argue with them about where my mail is is not an option nor something I feel I should have to do. They should not treat people as if it is their fault these issues keep happening, they should be willing to fix or look into their repeated mistakes. 12/29/18 : Unfortunately I just moved to this area with in the week and am already deeply saddened that this is now my home post office. First package sent was a Christmas gift from my mother, instead of delivering it they forwarded it, to where I don't know but their excuse is they deliver to addresses not people. How unbelievably impersonal. Both the post office in the town the package was sent from and their 1-800 number gave me the direct phone number to this post office but the supervisor repeatedly screamed at me how it was an employee emergency hotline? Not my fault and also maybe they should call the police if they have an emergency since it takes 5 minutes of ringing for someone to answer. Hopefully my family can use a different carrier from now on, disappointed and disgusted that her behavior was that of a federal employee. Seriously these 5 star reviews must be from the supervisors themselves. I did receive a follow up call from another supervisor who behaved very professionally. read more

I called this number and was given a very frustrating and lengthy phone menu that finally told me I would be handled by the next available representative and that me hold time would be between 1 hour 5 minutes and 1 hour 8 minutes. All this to get the postage price for a postcard to Canada. Needless to say, I hung up, not wishing to sit on hold for over an hour. i had the worse experience at this location today i went after 5.00 pm and there where only 1 person at the front and she treated me and my and my son horribly. she was rude over talking cutting me off , i was trying to tell her that we got instructed over the phone to tell her where my son packaged was and i couldn't get a word across. she screamed at my son who is mentally disable. also there where a coworker an old gentleman who i ask a quick question and he told me that he wasn't there to respond any question that he had a truck in the back to take care. the lady that insulted me also was rude to other customer i hope a manager or supervisor review this comment and least find out what goes on after 5 there.
