The decal was mailed to me from the local DMV office, showed up on my USPS Digest with pictures of mail to be delivered that day, and never made into my mailbox. It disappeared somewhere between being photographed that morning and making it into my mailbox. This is the 10th state I've lived in and never lost an item in the postal service until now. We've only lived here 2 1/2 years. These losses are unacceptable and beg for an audit of this office's operation.

I contracted them for a cross-country move because they quoted me an impressively low rate. I was wary that the price was too good to be true, but the sales rep assured me that my deposit would be fully refunded if I experienced any lack of support. After persistent follow-up and repeated reassurances from the sales rep, I decided to give them a chance. Once I paid the deposit and signed the contract, communication completely stopped. I could not reach my sales rep, or anyone else at the company, over the following weeks to answer basic questions, including confirming a date for my move, which was quickly approaching. Despite their failure to return my calls or contact me to confirm logistics, my credit card company was unable to reimburse me because the contract is written to protect their business and does not clearly address communication requirements. After weeks of no response from SafeShip, I was forced to book another moving company, and I am now pursuing recovery of my deposit through small claims court. When I investigated their business after the fact, I found a large number of similar complaints, including reports filed with the BBB. I strongly recommend reviewing customer feedback across platforms before considering SafeShip, as they have a well-documented history of scamming customers.

They said they would hold our mail but they didn't and even sent expensive medicine back to Germany. When I went in to complain there were other neighbors there as well and I met a lot of nice ones who agreed this was the worst post office ever. Another time when I was out of town and having my mail held they also didn't hold it and sent it all back and we were always going to talk to the manager but she was never there. Her own employees didn't like her in rolled her eyes and said she's probably eating some more. There was a horrible woman there named Diane who would drop the F bomb even at old people and I even saw her one spit on somebody. When I went to complain about Diane somebody else there said she was no longer with us. I don't know if she died or she just wasn't working there but neither would surprise me. I only saw the manager once at the very beginning and you won't miss or if you know what I mean but I was never able to get to talk to her. Every time I come in they said she's probably out in the back chopping down on food. That wouldn't surprise me either as this is the bottom of the barrel and most of them don't even have a lot of their teeth if you know what I mean. They can't sue me because it's true. I use this location often mostly to ship eBay items and although I feel the USPS shipping cost are ridiculous this isn't the fault of the staff and they do always try and provide options to save me money when possible and they never fail to provide a tracking receipt and thank me for stopping in. The concept of having mail service still operating like it has since its inception seems to be archaic and wasteful so I feel it should be privatized but that's another conversation. In my opinion anytime a business of any type operates without accountability and has unlimited funding this is what it looks like, I can't think of a better example of a failed system but today still necessary. Well I'll continue to come here short term but there are other options...

I did like that there is plenty of parking and a nice loop making entering and exiting this location fast and simple.
