I went in today at 10/6/2026 to drop off some packages, and as she came around the corner, she looked at the counter and seemed visibly upset that I was there. She then asked where these are coming from? In which I replied, "What do you mean?" and she looked at my address and read out loud where I lived as if I had lived an hour away or something. I then told her it's easier for me to drop them off on my way to work as my job is on the same street. She then told me that I should really start going to the main office and had an attitude about it, which I felt uncomfortable with. She also said that she's worked here for years and has never seen me before (I have lived here for 10 years; I never really had to ship out packages until this year, so I'm confused on why this even matters). I asked her for future reference as to why, and she had no explanation. I then told her that's fine; I'll drop my stuff off somewhere else, and I took some of my packages back before she took the others and said, "No, it's fine," and I said, "No, I'll just take them, thank you," yet she refuses to give me my packages until I said I no longer feel comfortable coming here anymore, and then she handed them back and said something along the lines of, "If that's what you want to do." I get having a bad day, but it has been since the beginning of September that I have come to this office, and she has had a sour attitude EVERY single time. She sits her a$$ in her chair and doesn't even acknowledge people that come in unless she's already at the counter, so don't think you will get a receipt for anything you ship out. I am beyond annoyed as this is now an inconvenience for me to go out of my way to the other office just because she's lazy and has a disgusting attitude. Still have no idea why she said, "You should really just go to the main office to do this"; there are no rules posted on shipping stuff out. This lady is ridiculous.

My Wife that has a repeated yearly cycle now of 4 straight years of taken off due to blaming husband for her leaving ,but the real reason each time has been she relapsed and was ready to run while pregnant again currently. It took me several attempts to even get the dispatch to have a officer call me. They misguided me the first time,stating I needed to contact my local sherriffs department. So I'm on a storm call in Rhode Island ! I call Road Island Sherriffs department as told! They stated incorrect information given. I call my Ormond Beach Police Officer which is my current residence. I spoke to a very professional officer that gave me the same statement as Rhode Island Sherriffs Station. You do not have to contact your local department if outta town. Ok now I call back edgewater police department with street address where my Wife and kids are suppose to be staying. Then after telling the dispatcher or officer that answered I was told by two different departments in two different states they mislead me, I finally had a street patrol officer call me . His name given was officer Potter! Officer Potter was so unprofessional that he started questioning the father as to why I was wanting a wellness check at 2am in the morning as he sat at the residence address that I wanted confirmation from that my children were safe with their mother. Not dropped off at Amy Ownby's residence while the Mother took off on another run as she has done at each pregnancy totaling two prior in past 3.5 years with me and her first child same thing with another man. After about 2.2 hours of trying to get a confirmation my kids were safe and the mother was with them at Amy Ownbys residence! I was refused a wellness check after Officer Potter called me back and stated his sergeant agreed it was not a needed wellness check. This officer Potter & His office has neglected to perform their duty as required by state Laws. Once I return home from helping out to restore 800k people without power I will be taking this situation to a higher state office. I truly hope this officer understands he refused to confirm my addict Wife and two helpless children were safe together and my kids weren't dropped off at a family members house while she took off using. They were on time and moved me fast (they make it look so easy). They secured and padded my belongings. I had ZERO damage. I did take the time to label my boxes that had fragile items in it (with bright eye catching stickers) and they took extra care of those boxes. Charles and Stephen were professional and very nice. I highly recommend them and will use them again on my next move. I agree with the other reviewer - tip your movers, I did because they worked so hard in the heat!

This time, it was the complete opposite. First, they canceled the original moving date because they had double-booked. While we understand mistakes happen, there was no apology or concern for the inconvenience. They rescheduled us for two days later. On the rescheduled day, they were supposed to arrive at 9:00 a.m. but didn't show up until around 1:00 p.m. During that time, they didn't answer phone calls or text messages when my girlfriend tried to find out if they were still coming. When they finally arrived, there was still no apology or explanation. Because they arrived so late, the move ended up taking place in the rain. They tracked mud and dirt throughout her brand-new townhome and said they didn't use shoe covers. Had they arrived at the scheduled time, the move likely would have been completed before the rain started. At one point, my girlfriend went upstairs to check on the movers because they had been up there for quite a while. She found them lying on the floor and on the furniture taking a break, and she noticed a very strong unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the delays, they still charged for an additional hour. Overall, the communication was terrible, there was little regard for our time, and the level of professionalism was extremely disappointing. We chose this company because of the excellent experience we had the year before, but this experience was completely different. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this company.
