This is the only post office that I have been to where all the doors are PULL to get in. I know…read morethat seems like a silly reason to give a 2 star review but think about it- a PUSH door is so much easier to manage when you've got your hands full of packages or large boxes and you're just trying to get in!!! Yes, I realize that people come to the post office to receive packages and mail- that's why the best post offices have one door for PUSH and one door for PULL when you are entering or exiting. It's a simple design flaw. Also, this post office only have ONE APC. Most have two, especially considering the size of this post office. Parking is plentiful. There are two ways to enter and exit, which is useful.

When I went in to complain there were other neighbors there as well and I met a lot of nice ones who agreed this was the worst post office ever. Another time when I was out of town and having my mail held they also didn't hold it and sent it all back and we were always going to talk to the manager but she was never there. Her own employees didn't like her in rolled her eyes and said she's probably eating some more. There was a horrible woman there named Diane who would drop the F bomb even at old people and I even saw her one spit on somebody. When I went to complain about Diane somebody else there said she was no longer with us. I don't know if she died or she just wasn't working there but neither would surprise me. I only saw the manager once at the very beginning and you won't miss or if you know what I mean but I was never able to get to talk to her. Every time I come in they said she's probably out in the back chopping down on food. That wouldn't surprise me either as this is the bottom of the barrel and most of them don't even have a lot of their teeth if you know what I mean. They can't sue me because it's true. They do not have an automated parcel center or a way to purchase stamps after-hours, which would be nice, but they do have 24-hour access to PO boxes. They sometimes make mistakes in the distribution of mail to the PO boxes.

On September 11, 2026, a carrier arranged by Safe Ship Moving transported our household goods…read moreapproximately 3.5 miles within Tucson to a newly constructed, previously unoccupied custom home. Although Safe Ship Moving had received the same inventory and move information from the beginning, it increased the price by approximately $`1,500 during the week of the move. In my opinion, this amounted to a bait-and-switch pricing tactic. Safe Ship Moving operated as a third-party booking company rather than the carrier that performed the move, and I found its bidding practices neither transparent nor ethical. The assigned crew also failed to use adequate protection for the walls, floors, corners, staircase and furniture. Portions of the master bed frame, including its corner pads and upper headboard posts, were not properly padded. During delivery, the crew caused gouges, scrapes and impact damage to the stairwell walls, ceiling, upstairs pony wall, wooden stair landings and related staircase components. Because the residence is covered by a new-construction builder warranty, the damage must be evaluated and repaired by the builder's authorized contractors. This damage was preventable and would likely not have occurred had standard protective materials and careful moving practices been used. I am seeking reimbursement for all inspections, repairs, replacements, labor and materials required to restore the home. Photographs, builder estimates, invoices, moving documents and correspondence have been retained. Based on the last-minute `$1,500 price increase, third-party booking arrangement, inadequate property protection and resulting damage, I cannot recommend Safe Ship Moving.
