I get…read moregreat service there and it is almost always by the blond lady who has worked there forever. she is extremely helpful by making sure you know the best shipping fees and doing little things she isn't required to do. i know, there's a steady stream of customers on a normal day and every once in a while at Christmas there is a longer line but never anything like the big post office. it would be nice if they were open at least 1/2 day on Saturday. It's very sad that the only way to get our important mail is to have a tracking number on it. Most companies do not do this. I am now requesting a FOURTH replacement card and waiting to see if and when the check was cashed and by who. I hate thieves and rude helpful employees, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT OUR TAX DOLLARS PAY!!!
