Priority mail packages left before 5PM routinely are not processed the same day. Tracking number 9405550105495024124913 was droppd off at 4:40PM on April 22 and was not scanned that evening. Priority mail should be processed the same day if dropped off before 5PM. Calling the Post Office number only gets the phone to ring many times and then the call is disconected. The Postmaster will not answer or return calls when complaints are filed with the USPS website.

I did not get her name but super kind!!!! I also needed to get exemption from immunization notarized for my daughter for school ! and Miss Katrina that helped me was so sweet kind and helpful not only with the information but the whole process simple easy for me ! Im proud that I'm in Royse city and instead of moving, I may stay here I could this kind of service and kindness in my life !someone's always there to help me I hope that people from here continue to be this way really fast growing town in these women still made me feel like I was at home in a small town!
