What ultimately bothered me was that they don't even have a mechanism or the desire to help you print their own labels. I do not drive and so being told they don't have the ability to print / scan a USPS label that was emailed to me and that I'd have to commute to a different place to print ultimately turned me off. Thankfully Office Depot was able to accommodate me by printing, packing, and shipping, all in one spot.

I just wanted to know if I needed an appointment to get the passport. Be more nice hoe, people just have some questions. (In all seriousness, I couldn't hear her that good and she seemed bothered when trying to "help". Trust me I was being professional and talking to her formally, I was just flabbergasted to hear her tone)
