The postal workers at this location are very kind and professional. They are personal and know their jobs very well. The value is always good due to we need the postal service so we need to support them financially as well. Ok let me start with saying WTF.... I put in a return address to Fallon when moving fromTennessee to Seattle. Ok. We were in Fallon for two weeks. That was in October. By November we had already put in change of address for Seattle before leaving Fallon. We were even two days late moving in. Due to weather. And other I for seen factors. Now, with that being said why are my boyfriend and I receiving torn, mutilated, dirty, past due bills from December in January beginning of February. And past due bills from January mid February. Also, my Boyfriend's father has to mail us or mail that does not come to new apartment often. Which his envelopes looked open and ripped at the corners like they were opened on purpose. And often take one to two extra days to arrive. Really we must know Fallon Post office. What is your problem with me personally and who I'm living with????? I need my mail. And my address is not in Fallon nv also. Please update that. It made getting a phone and credit check to go through three times longer at Verizon than I anticipated. Please update your system. Quick! Excellent customer service; I was in and out in no time. I would recommend it to others.

We too drove to Fallon to renew our teen son's passport, as our son needed to have an appointment but appointments in Reno are booked up for weeks. Anyway Renee helped us with our documents, and she was professional and efficient, and we got done very quickly. In fact, all available workers at the front desk at the Post Office were asking customers how they could be helped, and I was impressed by how quickly everyone received what they needed. Drove to Fallon to renew passports because appointing Reno were booked months out. We were helped by Renee who was the nicest postal employee I've ever met. She was fast and efficient but also very friendly and genuine. I wish every post office was as helpful as this one. read more

Always a pleasure to work with the crew at this location -- but like anywhere else... if you're supposed to have an appointment for a passport, if you're in a rush to have something delivered... poor planning on your part is not an emergency on theirs -- COVID slowed down things that were already slow -- "expedited passports" bring that speed to what used to be the average wait... and this is not USPS fault -- Fallon makes obnoxious protocols far more enjoyable than other locations. 5 stars. read more

So I had a package and the tracking never updated till today saying it went out for delivery on April 22nd (but was never delivered) then was sent back to sender for being unclaimed. How am I supposed to know when the tracking doesn't update and the morons can't do their job and deliver it or tell me it's sitting at the post office, like how lazy do you have to be. I called to talk to someone and was told it would be a 30 minute wait I waited an hour and a half then hung up because they were to lazy to answer the phone. USPS wonders why it's going under and this is why lazy workers and poor customer service. read more

My mailman folded and shoved a package in my mailbox instead of bringing it to the door. The item was damaged because of that. I called the post office and the manager I spoke to was very rude and not helpful at all. Now I have to return the package. read more

Hard to tell if this group of people gives one whit about their job or they are deliberately screwing with your life. Difficult to make any kind of determination, but if I had to guess, I'd say that they just couldn't care less if their crap service destroys your life by their lackluster care. Thanks for screwing me year after year. I hate you and wish there was an alternative but there isn't. You are a direct reflection of my government. Extremely disorganized and abominable to try to work with. They've lost multiple packages I've had to have reordered. I've had insects delivered to the post office itself and when I went to pick them up the workers didn't even bother to check where it was when it was there and just told me they didn't have it. When I jokingly said enjoy your box of roaches all of a sudden they had my package. This place is a joke and needs everyone fired. read more

This is an edited review. I had given two stars before I found out the contract carrier is not allowed to back their vehicle on private property, and they were averse to coming down my lane, where they sometimes found my turn through blocked by a vehicle. Had they let me know that this is the reason they're not delivering larger parcels I would have always had the drive through open. I am now making things easier for these hard working folks and will always leave them a clear turn through. read more

I was guaranteed delivery on 7/13/18 and the "delivery person" actually scanned my package as delivered, but yet it was never delivered. Why my package was scanned before it arrived at my residence as delivered is complete incompetence. After speaking with a "supervisor" there was nothing they could do (of course) and it seemed it was no big deal to them - even to the point of the person that took my call was laughing about the mistake.
