I was flying out of Reno the next day and was rushed for time to get these shipped. I went on Yelp and found that there was a location not too far from my hotel. I had about 10 minutes to get there, and when I went up to the door I found it to be locked. As I'm standing there with the boxes in my hand I was about to turn around and walk away, when I saw a gentleman approaching the door. I was about three minutes past their closing time and the owner let me come in, and he was able to tag both of my boxes with shipping labels. There are some places that would shake their head and say "sorry but we are closed". While sitting there I heard conversations about a range of free with a voucher to $40 and up to $80 for a simple electronic transmission of prints. The service took just over 25 minutes from walking in to registering, paying and then getting printed. The DISGRACE was the payment tablet actually asked for a tip of 15 to 25%. Really? The actual fingerprinting takes about 5 minutes and is transmitted electronically. That is the whole "service". Nearly ALL instances of getting fingerprints is a "requirement" for a job or volunteer situation. A tip, really? Not to mention that they have signed contracts with agencies for the exclusive and mandatory "service". So people cannot opt to go to RPD, SPD or the Sheriff's office where the fees are less than half the price and it would be illegal to accept a tip. I wonder if State regulators like the Nevada Gaming Control Board are aware that this business is soliciting tips from casino workers? Or if they share the tips with the agencies leadership?

I have had the pleasure of being involved with this Organization for a lot of years. I just love…read morethe people who join us every Saturday. It is more like a family setting for Bingo and we have helped a lot of people in the community. We have helped Save N Sober every year. Children's cancer every year and our locals in trouble getting things like clothes, firewood for heat, food for Christmas and finding an entire Christmas for a family of 5 and another family of 7. We have helped the school out on other occasions as well with sports. And helped fire victims. We also have put on annual Easter Egg Hunts and Halloween trunk or treats. Everything we've done has been a hit. I just wish the community would get more involved in volunteering.
