By November we had already put in change of address for Seattle before leaving Fallon. We were even two days late moving in. Due to weather. And other I for seen factors. Now, with that being said why are my boyfriend and I receiving torn, mutilated, dirty, past due bills from December in January beginning of February. And past due bills from January mid February. Also, my Boyfriend's father has to mail us or mail that does not come to new apartment often. Which his envelopes looked open and ripped at the corners like they were opened on purpose. And often take one to two extra days to arrive. Really we must know Fallon Post office. What is your problem with me personally and who I'm living with????? I need my mail. And my address is not in Fallon nv also. Please update that. It made getting a phone and credit check to go through three times longer at Verizon than I anticipated. Please update your system. After all, I can't remember the last time my septc tank was actually done, but figured preventive care was better than having a stinky mess. I called Marshall's and Erin was very nice. Easy to get an appointment and Marshall's was here Thursday morning, bright and early. These are the unsung heroes doing these dirty essential jobs. Glad to have them. I didn't catch the fellow's name, but he was very nice and in no time was able to find the septic tank. 1000 whatevers and we're good to go for another thousand years. Price was surprisingly inexpensive though I don't know what the going rate to get your septic tank cleaned these days. Great experience while in quarantine. She's a doll, and we had a very pleasant and well-informed conversation. She mentioned that for the issue at hand, there were one-time visit vs. quarterly visit options. For me, the pricing of those options were very reasonable, and I would have booked them again. I was told that payment could either be cash up front or a card can be put on file. My mom had other ideas, so I couldn't go on with choosing said options. I was flying out of Reno the next day and was rushed for time to get these shipped. I went on Yelp and found that there was a location not too far from my hotel. I had about 10 minutes to get there, and when I went up to the door I found it to be locked. As I'm standing there with the boxes in my hand I was about to turn around and walk away, when I saw a gentleman approaching the door. I was about three minutes past their closing time and the owner let me come in, and he was able to tag both of my boxes with shipping labels. There are some places that would shake their head and say "sorry but we are closed". On this day, the owner was very kind and open his doors to me.This is highly appreciated and looked at as great customer service! Thank you Jesse for your help.
