Have been here a handful of times, and have been throughout the country to many other past office locations. This is the first, and ONLY one where have had a problem, with one specific employee whom the others have i guess as well. It's common practice to be able to get General Delivery at any post office nationwide, no questions asked, EXCEPT for this one. First package sent here was returned and there was time sensitive things in that package. This one, and this one only, could get general delivery for one time period of 30 days, only once ever. They said I could not get general delivery ever again outside that 30 day window. Ridiculous. First, and only time, that's happened and been to post offices in at least 20 states for General Delivery. This was specifically with one employee. Have mailed packages with others and picked up packages for a friend using their address, zero problems. If it wasn't for my interactions with the other employees here they would also get a 1 star rating from me. Incredible one person ruined it, absolutely incredible. read more

Worst postal service I've ever used. Constantly losing mail, takes weeks to get thing delivered and if you call to see what the issue is they are incredibly rude. read more

I have had 3 cards with checks enclosed disappear after mailing them from the Everson P.O. And now a 4th hasn't reached it's addressee in 11 days. This can't be coincidence. And the Postmaster is so unpleasant. read more

I have to give a 3 star. It's not that the people working there are slow, lazy or incompetent; it's because there are too few of them. Last Xmas they were having a hard time finding somebody to apply. Apply! Too few workers, and the facility is too small to handle the volume of envelops and packages due to the increased population of this surrounding area. Quite possibly the worst post office in the US. The moment the first snowflake hits the ground, they close and go home. I've had packages that show "delivered" never show up. I've had packages delivered by my neighbors. They keep your stuff for weeks at a time, and when you ask they roll their eyes and complain about manpower problems! Well, hire help you morons! Or quit! It's like, they had no idea that Christmas season was coming.... Had no idea it was about to get busy... So, instead of hiring help or outsourcing to competent businesses like maybe UPS, they just blame it on the weather.. The entire staff should be fired and replaced. read more

Nooksack no longer has a post office so you have to come here instead. That was okay for me because Everson has a Little Caesar's so you know what that means......CRAZY BREADS!!!! Yussssssssss! But seriously, this post office is resourceful and quaint and was moderately busy. I'm not sure but I don't think I saw a wheelchair ramp but I may be oddly mistakely and don't want to cast bad light on this office. read more

This post office has a very rude and unhelpful lady behind the counter. Don't count on getting any help from her, she's argumentative and extremely unpleasant. I'd hate to be so unhappy that I couldn't help people with their mail. Disappointing, I'd give zero stars if it was possible. read more

Never a fan of having to come here. But its close by, staff always seems to roll their eyes at me when i ask for help, and when i get answer to any question they seem frustrated with me for even asking. Lacking customer service skills big time. Theyre almost scary to approach. The facility itself is clean and organized. The location is convienient, thus the 2 stars. I had a good experience at this post office, but it had little to do with the post office itself. They had a nice selection of packing materials and it was clean and well-organized. I ended up waiting for awhile even though there was only one person in front of me. The person that worked there was on the phone--but it was business related, so that was ok. The guy behind me left, and I had assumed it was because he was tired of waiting, but he came back with a book of stamps and asked if that's all I needed (I only needed one stamp) and he handed one to me! So I don't really know how the service was...except maybe a little on the slow side. read more

Great small town Post Office. People are friendly, professional and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but so is waiting in line at Safeway. Once left a book of purchased stamps on the counter, they mailed them to me. Would have given 5 stars...but nothing is perfect. read more

Carrier would not pick up my packages because they were over 10 oz and had USPS stamps on them. I called the PO and they said I had to bring them in personally so they could ask me if there were bombs in the packages. THIS IS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC!!! I'm not feeling well, I'm over 60 and high risk, am in quarantine, and I'm told I have to come in personally to get these two care packages to my kids!!! So I risked my life and the lives of others (potentially) for $11 worth of stamps. This is a small town. I'm not going to turn in to a unibomber overnight. I think the COVID-19 risk is MUCH higher than the unibomber risk, but I did go in and then the clerk didn't even ask me if there was a bomb in the package! When I asked her about that her face just went blank. I told her maybe the USPS needs to adapt to the times like everybody else. I pointed out they didn't even have any hand sanitizer at the counters. She just continued the blank face so I left. This would never have happened if the USPS would go back to printing MEDIA and First Class shipping online. As it is, the site says you have to go to the PO for that. They are probably out back blowing up my daughter's package right now. read more
