You bring your item in, show the QR Code and they do the rest. No box. No tape. No address label. Just walk away. It's awesome. There is always a line because someone always has a problem. I've had delightful and helpful employees and I've had employees that clearly hate their jobs. But I would still recommend using the UPS Store.

Only to find out the paperwork wasn't filed the same day but 3 days later (past the deadline) because the "manager" was absent from the store until then and they had to file the paperwork. I asked several times to have the manager call me, no call; called when she was in the store but she was busy so left a message, no call. Then was told UPS denied the claim because it was filed late. There's something very fishy about how they do business here, the manager refused to call me back and she appears to physically be in the store very seldom. I would recommend you not use this store, I'd hate for someone else get robbed.
