Is an alright Post Office but the parking lot is abysmal. You have to turn right no matter which side you pull out of. It was clean, and they do have a large variety of stamps. But I felt overcharged, as if they could have gotten me a better rate. Next time I'll stay closer to home with my favorite post offices read more

I've been to plenty of post offices over the years but this one is my favorite. All of the employees are friendly and don't rush you through anything. Sure the wait is crazy sometimes but it's like going to the grocery store. The employees have masks, plexiglass shields, and a button to operate the door automatically. The front door is picky and wasn't working last time I went. I like the kiosk out front for late night postage and the big drop box to drop the packages after hours. Do your surveys!! It's important to let them know when they do great or how you can help. 4-stars because I feel like the building could use some maintenance. read more

I am so beside myself with how I was treated on 1/7/2021 at 11:30am at this location just now. I walked in holding my fathers death certificate and power of attorney paperwork trying to forward his mailing address and one employee continued to tell me all the self packaging/envelop were behind him. I had to tell him two different times I didn't need a package (yet neither employee asked me to come forward to help see what I needed). Then the second employee again told me self packaging was behind me, I again stated my father died and I needed to forward his mail to my address now and I didn't need to mail anything. They told me not to have attitude and then proceeded to tell me they were out of forms. They were NOT helpful and appeared miserable. Mind you I was the ONLY customer in there. We moved into a new commercial location on July 5, 2018. Followed the proper mail forwarding procedures, notified ALL venders with our new address. We had only received several pieces of mail up to this date 09/07/18 and it was junk mail only! Was only after being out of state on vacation that did we learn that the power to our business had been cut off by OGE from our employee calling us. we called OGE and verified our address because they were saying our monthly August statement had been returned. We once again verified our CORRECT address with them and they verified that's what they have on file. We paid the amount due over the phone plus the 400$ reconnect fee. We contacted the building owner prior to calling OGE to verify our address, it was at this point he even said the monthly rent statements had been returned!! OMG, you can only imagine the frustration going through my mind! So i go to the post office to address the situation, the young lady helping me was nice and willing to help us figure out the issue. She went to the back and came back apologizing saying " yes, your mail is getting retuned back, the carrier didn't know your store was there". I was totally speechless! I said, " there are four mailboxes out at the street and numbers on them, if you look up at the building you can see ALLLL the business names and lights are on" she apologized and said they would talk to the carrier and make a note on this route that this is a good business address ". My only conclusion is that this carrier is incompetent and should probably be fired? Totally unacceptable And definitely an OVER paid employee!! read more

I've been receiving someone else's mail because the mailman doesn't understand what street they're on. This has happened so many times and it's been getting worse. Pretty sure they have been receiving my mail as well. Bring the mail to the correct address and there won't be any concerns. Thank you! read more

I've never had a problem at this post office. I like that it's easy to get into from the road and that it has a self service station. I hate standing in line so I always make sure to go to a PO that has one. read more

wish i could give zero stars, spent thirty minutes trying to get a human on the line so i can find out where my $100 package went that has been "in transit to next facility" for 4 days with extra paid shipping only to have them pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Several times I have scheduled a Priority mail pickup through the USPS website. Repeatedly the packages are NEVER picked up. The latest has happened again today, December 17, 2016. Packages were scheduled and confirmed by USPS email and printed notification they would be picked up today by my local mail person. Once again, they have FAILED to be compliant with their own scheduling service. read more

I guess it is unreasonable to assume you can take a package to the post office, ask them to print postage and ship it. The staff member at the counter looked at me like I was a bumbling idiot who had never sent or received mail. And seriously, if a customer needs 6" of packing tape maybe offer to let them use the tape you have sitting on the counter instead of offering to sell them 50 feet of tape at a ridiculous price. read more
