Well Tim is the absolute worst associate ever! He made the entire place uncomfortable by berating a customer who seemed quite upset but remained calm and asked questions. Then directed that customer to his supervisor at which point he interrupted the supervisor during the customer's conversation with that supervisor trying to get onto semantics. This is an absolute disaster. He huffs at the supervisor and finally goes back to working with his new customer. The most lazy, incompetent post man. Please bring the woman back who we originally had when we first opened my store at 6909 West Hefner B6. I just saw him put a "sorry we missed you" tag in my mailbox he ran off too fast for me to catch him as we had a furniture delivery in the back....& refuses to open my door & deliver our packages. We have ALL of the lights on AND a huge A Frame outside our front door that says we are open right now. This is such an insulting disgrace that we are treated this way as taxpayers. They are given permission to scan "attempted delivery" on mail and packages without actually ever attempting delivery. When you try to obtain your mail and/or package, they make you wait until a supervisor is able to come to assist you. In addition to physically waiting in a long line, I then was made to wait over to the side for another 20-30 minutes just for someone to finally come address me indignantly before being able to actually retrieve my mail. Also the last time this happened, I called the 800 number to voice my grievance. I was disappointed with their service and the service of the manager they had to reach out from the local post was less than helpful. read more

Long lines although they moved fairly quickly they could have more employees working. Once I did get helped the employee decided to educate me on the correct packing tape which apparently is not scotch tape and then she started in about the weight of my package being different from the pre-paid shipping label I had printed off at home and wanted to know if I had got the weight of the item wrong or if I had packed the box in some way that made it heavier than it needed to be. And from there continued on to tell me that she was still going to mail my package but that someone would eventually be charged for the single pound difference in weight at least I think that's what she said because at that point I was half way to the exit. Absolutely the worst postman I have ever had. I get others packages and mail and they get mine constantly. I have delivery digest and I know what should be in my mail and most of the time some of it is missing. Then I try to call the post office and the won't answer their phones. I have shown up in person to complain and they act like, oh well sorry. I'm going to have to go higher than local post office to get changes I guess. read more

Great customer service, even at Holiday times. I really like using the 24 hour self service vending machine which is located in the lobby just out side the store door. You can buy stamps and or ship packages, just must sure you package will fix in the drop box. Weigh you package, purchase your package stamp - drop it in the box and your done. read more

The location of this post office is super convenient! It is one of the largest post offices around the area also and this place is always in stock of all sizes of the usps priority boxes! Not to mention the associates here are friendly and will actually talk to you while mailing your packages rather than the usual seeming like they're annoyed by your presence. I gave it a 4 star because often times they only have one associate working behind the counter which causes the line to be slower. They have a man sit up front by the postage self mail machine which i feel like they need to put him behind the counter it might speed things up more! read more

Worst. Never have more than one register open, very very slow. One yr they lost our Xmas gifts and said tney had too many packages to keep track of, never reimbursed us. We switched to ups for everything on MacArthur a d they are the best. But will never go back to this post office, very poorly run. read more

My colleague and I went to the post office today around 2:30pm to mail certified mail for the company we work for. Our company card was declined for unknown reasons and I did not have an alternative payment at that time. The clerk then informed us that we could come back at 6:00pm to pay or remove the certified mail stickers from the envelopes since they are considered money. We assured the clerk we would be back by 6:00pm to either make the payment, or we would help remove the sticks. My office staff then received a call from the manager stating that they needed the payment by 4:00pm or they will have to remove the stickers and cancel our transaction. I informed them we would be there by 4:00pm to make the payment. We arrived to the post office at 4:00pm to make the payment, and we waited in line to be seen. We were wearing Christmas attire for our office so we kind of stood out. There were about 15-20 people in the lobby at that time, and the manager looked at my colleague and I and yelled to the clerk who had helped us earlier that "Hey your elves are back to make their payment since it did not go through the first time." The manager and all of the clerks working also made comments that they needed elves in the back room. Every clerk that was working made a comment regarding our situation in front of everyone in the lobby. We waited and it was absolutely humiliating to be called out in front of a lobby full of people. Once we were at the counter, they made comments such as "Did you get your card fixed?" "Is it going to work this time?". I personally made the payment with my own card since my company card did work. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here, and I will not be returning. With my company, I always mail Certified Mail every month at this location and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. All the clerks need to be re-trained in how to treat customers. Especially with the Holidays right around the corner, it is never okay to belittle anyone. Again, I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted. read more

I've had more problems with other people's mail being delivered to my address when clearly, I can read, the address is NOT mine.. Others have redelivered mail to my address because mailman wrongly delivered to them as well.. This has been happening over a year now 4-5 times per month! I've called and complained more than 3 times and each time the response has been "Well, we have new people or a borrowed person and sometimes they just get it wrong." WTH? To the mailman/mailwoman that delivers mail to The Shores off Rockwel and Memorial. Please deliver packages that require signature to the office AT LEAST! I've always had to pick up my package which is severely inconvenient for me, because I have to load two young boys up just to drive 3-4 miles out of my way to pick up my package. This Saturday I had an important package that was sorted and 'out for delivery' our mail person as usual did not even attempt to deliver my package to the front office which was open with management on site, and I was home during the hours they delivered the other mail, and did not get a notice besides a note in my mailbox saying to either request redelivery again or pick up package. Today, is Presidents' Day so, I have to wait until tomorrow (Tuesday) for them to attempt delivery again and if they don't deliver it due to pure laziness then I'll have to pick up my package inconveniently at 5pm AGAIN. Simple solution would be to not even sort packages into the mail truck if you aren't going to deliver them by hand for signature especially if delivery is on a Saturday or business hours affected by holiday. At least, then I could have picked my package up and at least have my items instead of waiting another 2-3 days hoping that our mail person delivers to the correct way, and if not me having to drive in the evening to pick it up. So frustrating and annoying. Do your jobs people!! read more

I used to go to this post office all the time and it was great when I did use it. I moved neighborhoods so I hadn't had a chance to use it recently but it was always great because of the self automated machine they offered as well as after hours drop off service. Great post office IMO. read more

The post man only sometimes rings my door bell when I have a package and I just had a package say it was delivered. I was home that day and literally saw the mail man stop in front of my house then drive away! No package or slip was ever delivered but my tracking said it was. I tried calling about this at 830 when they opened but no answer then again at 840 and 850. I work nights and need to go to sleep. They should be able to answer their phones during their own business hours! read more

This is my closest, and there for "go to," post office. The staff is friendly and aways helpful! It can get busy, but they almost always have a full staff in to make the lines move quickly. I have been in and out in until 2 min thanks to their self service mailing kiosk, which is great for small packages and letters! They also have a short line for just dropping off prepaid packages that are too large to drop off else where. I was just in yesterday morning at 8:15 a.m., they usually open at 8 a.m. so I thought I might be beating the crowd, I was wrong! I came in to a line out into the P.O. box section. It took about ten min for me to get up to check out, which I thought was super fast considering! The employee was incredibly nice and informed me that there was such a line outside at 7:45 a.m. that she opened early to serve people! The holiday season can be crazy for USPS, but I appreciate their continued focus on the customers! read more
