I run a small business and they have lost over 70 packages in less than a year. Packages often…read morenever leave their post office at all. When I called to complain I was told maybe I should use another company to ship with if I don't like it. Recently (weeks before christmas) they didn't properly scan my items so they weren't checked into the system at all and then they lost them and refused to honor my insurance claim despite the fact that I had proof they were shipped and despite written promises that they would take care of this. This affects my income. I've lived in other areas and never had issues like this. This post office is adversely affecting my small business as a single mom and there appears to be no recourse.

I had been in here a few times before during the pandemic and people were not masked, which was really stressful for me, and probably very stressful for the people who work here. I'm not really expecting a new best friend, and I know it is hard to be a public-facing employee during a pandemic, so I don't really care. I wish this place were a little bit nicer. The parking lot is always a little scary, and the post office itself is small, poorly lit and depressing. Why do our public buildings have to be so depressing? I feel bad for the people who have to spend 40 hours a week in a dingy building with bad lighting.
