I had a friend drop off an item for me to be packed and shipped. She was immediately met with a bunch of hurdles and reasons why they couldn't help her. Can't take payments over the phone. Can't pack. Etc. Eventually after some back and forth, we got the transaction completed; but not without it costing a fortune. I paid $80 to ship a $100 item. Yes, it was fragile, but the amount of shipping material and size of the box used was abnormal for an item if it's size. I think the manager just did not want to help and after being basically forced to, decided he would 'stick it to me'. I will say the package arrived safely and the other employees were friendly, but the manager leaves a lot to be desired. I do not know his name. Older fella. I REALLY try to save my 1 star reviews for only the worst situations that are just absolutely abysmal. This location has earned their star rating time and time again over the course of several years. The staff here has been so rude and unprofessional that it literally seems like a joke, "think PopCopy from Chappelle's Show." The last few interactions have been with the same older gentleman. I don't know if he hates customer service or what, but he is just so difficult to deal with and I have no idea why. It's shipping boxes and stamping docs, it should not be such an ordeal filled with that level of angst. We have asked him to perform a Notary service which wasn't charged correctly, and instead of admitting fault, simply doubled down and refused to listen so we just paid to leave the frustration with him. Then when actually shipping something, made ME pick up my box and carry it to the back of the store to their loading area after I paid for postage because he said he couldn't. I tripped over the junk they have all over the place back there and nearly dropped it and hurt myself. The last and final trip was to drop off a package that the driver failed to read the "Return to Sender" note on. The same guy told me that UPS does not do that and my only option was to buy new postage and pushed my package back and just stared at me dead eyed. I knew this wasn't true but alas, it just wasn't worth it. Knowing this wasn't true, I looked it up to see what was really going on and as it turns out, these locations are all franchised, so what he should have told me was to simply return the package to the UPS hub location in OKC, but instead he wanted to charge me to ship it back. I shouldn't be surprised, but yet I was. These are the last 3 visits here, and I haven't even mentioned the stench of marijuana and the other employees who are somehow just as bad. I sincerely urge anyone reading this, unless you are just a masochist in it for the pain, DO NOT come to this location, drive another mile and go to the one by 33rd street. read more

At times like these I wish there was a negative rating. I am so fed up with this store and I'm upset that it's the closest to my house but I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid them. Every time I've been in there it's been the same two people: an old, crusty dude and a nice lady. The old, crusty dude is the one I have an issue with. I think if I had the nice lady help me my problems could have been avoided. The old, crusty dude seems to be cheap as well because he let me ship an order, that should have gone in 4 separate packages, in two packages. I was trying to be a good human being and reuse the packaging the items came in to avoid them having to waste more packaging. Once I realized it was going to be an issue the cheap, old, crusty dude said no it's too late. I couldn't scan my other two QR codes. But if you're familiar with Amazon that's how you get your refund. So then I went to call Amazon's customer service who then told me to go back to this store and tell them they have to scan my QR codes. Well, guess what. They didn't scan them. At least the nice lady gave me a great explanation of why they can't, but unfortunately it was too late at this point. The cheap, old, crusty dude tried to say he explained that to me but he very much did not. Anyways, it's funny how a little issue like this can become such an inconvenience and cause so much anger towards a business. But I will never go in there again, that's for darn sure. Paid for 2 day shipping from Edmond to CA. The UPS store used USPS for this service. Tracked the package back and forth from Edmond to Okc and then "out for delivery" in Edmond. It shouldnt have been going to Edmond, it should have been going to CA. The delivery status went from out for delivery in Edmond and back to the Okc USPS facility. It was stuck in that loop for over a week going back and forth from USPS OKC to out for delivery in Edmond. Finally contacted a friend who works at the Okc facility and they tracked the package down and brought it to me. My USPS contact said that the employee at the UPS store indirectly attacked the label so that the delivery address in CA couldn't be read by the sorting machinery at the USPS facility and the UPS store never put any address into the system. When I went to UPS store to get my money back they refused. The old curmudgeon who works there just kept saying, "it's not our fault". It most certainly was their fault. read more

Make sure to take your wallet in with you when you drop off your AMAZON RETURN. I printed screenshots for my own record but not labels and walked in with three returns. One bag was delivered by AMAZON with two separate orders.. so there was 2 separate returns. The manager told me I had to purchase a shipping envelope from them in order to get one or the other returned. I had my phone.. He could have just scanned the queue code on my phone and attached that label the the other item BUT HE NEEDED TO MAKE $4.00 off of me for an envelope sale, so I paid it. Meanwhile a blonde in pearls walks in and drops 5 shirts to return to AMAZON with no packaging AND THEY QUICKLY PRINT UP RETURN LABELS ON HER ITEMS. My mother and siblings have used this place for 20 years and have always found it a convenience. It has a Ma and Pa type feel to it. The 5' long curly brown haired girl has actually gone out of her way to meet well after closing because we left a phone behind inside. When we misunderstood notary procedure and politely asked for assistance in completing our transaction, the customer service representative rudely lectured another customer and me for several minutes. It was unnecessary, excessive, and incredibly embarrassing. When the other customer's husband came in, the customer service rep was immediately conciliatory and completed the transaction for him with no problem at all.
