The lady working was very curt with me and didn't seem to care that I needed to get his meds to him quickly. She offered me the overnight pricing and said she had no specific time for delivery. So, when I told her what customer service said she just said it'd be $76 and seemed to assume I couldn't or wouldn't pay that price. I did pay the $76 and he got his meds.

He scans it , takes the box, I attempted to tell him there was a battery in the box, He rudely says something like I know what Im doing? The guys at this shop could book us in for a day and a half later. They were knowledgeable and kind, and even let us sleep in their yard one night after the new rad did not fix the problem. They did an excellent job of troubleshooting, and figured out in the end that the shop in Calgary had put the new thermostat in backwards. Instead of having to limp back home we were able to carry on and see more of Montana. We were lucky and grateful to have found them!

Stopped at Rocky Mountain Radiator Repair and Fabricating in hopes I could get this fixed before Spring. The owner (Ryan Weber) was busy, but stopped to check out what I wanted. "No problem" and he'd get it welded within a day or two. He gave me a reasonable quote. He called the next morning, everything was done and I should pick it up. The welded parts looked like brand new and were repainted too. Charged me less than the quote. Excellent workmanship, fast service, and just what Helena needed. Radiators are his specialty, but does general auto repair, fabrication, and welding.
