I haven't had to use them much but when I have they were helpful. I have noticed them in action and was pleasantly surprised how civil,professional and patient they were . I was witness to a time they knew a guy by name and how they talked to him as a person even though it seemed like it was a routine pick up. It's too bad officers get a bad rap. read more
