I wouldn't typically take time out of my day to write a negative review but every time I come in the service team is incredibly rude, I almost feel like I and others have been bullied at times with negative comments from staff members, they remove the bells, and ignore customers for long periods of time and come out whenever they feel like it and by that time there is a long line built up. They also rate themselves on the kiosk before you have a chance to respond to the rating question.

In front of other customers, the worker openly criticized my "manners," which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Even if there had been a misunderstanding, there is absolutely no reason to reprimand or embarrass a customer publicly. Customer service, especially in a government office, should be respectful and neutral. Being spoken to this way in front of a full store was unnecessary and demeaning. I expect basic courtesy when using USPS services, not public commentary or judgment from staff. This interaction alone makes me hesitant to return to this location.

I dropped off my wedding invitations at this location, and asked for them to be hand-canceled to prevent the machine from tearing up the invitation. The front lady insisted that they would be hand canceled, and put them in their "hand cancel" pile because she was unable to do it right in front of me. My guests have received the invitations and it is very clear that it has gone through their machine. Incredibly upset that there was no sure way to make sure that these were hand canceled, as the staff insisted that they were not able not do it in front of customers. I thoroughly regret taking our invitations to this location and stress to other brides to make sure they get hand canceled in front of you.
