I like the different size washers and that a prewash and extra rinse can be added also. Just went last night, Tuesday, and about 9pm the lights went out, it was just dark. Then 2 of the ceiling lights came on along the back wall. The office and bathroom light were still on, so I think the worker actually turned the lights off and left them off. There was a problem with some leakage on the floor, a few puddles, not a great idea to have it dark in there and sort of rude. There were about 6 people still doing laundry.

I just want to say that I never ever want to see a bad review on this company again. The owner of…read morethis company has one of the biggest hearts I've ever seen and let me just say that when I lost everyone in my life and felt like I had no one she stood up and became my biggest supporter in getting my life together. She took every phone call that I ever made from county jail and then took every phone call I made while in prison. Let's just say after a failed marriage the death of my grandma and an overdose of a best friend this road I been on hasn't been easy but every time that I have f***** up and try it again she always welcomes me back with open arms and never and Ill word to say. She has gone above and beyond to show me that I am worth it and is probably the biggest reason than I am free today and not still sitting behind bars. It saddens my heart that people would write such things about her because they're stuck in their own addiction and even though she has a heart she has a backbone and she's not going to let someone just walk over the top of her. So with that being said I want you all to know that when we first met she held titled bail bondsman best one I knew but today she not only holds a title as my friend my confidant my biggest supporter but when I speak of her I call her my 2nd mother because one time I asked her why do you fight for me so hard and she said cuz I never got a daughter. Well you have one now and I would be honored and proud to call you mom. Thank you I will forever be grateful for everything that you do

I was kind of puzzled when they never notified me that my items are received it I never received any sort of inventory ticket of items that I sent, that is normal for any refinery to do. 2 to 3 weeks turn into 23 months I got no response from anyone, Stacy finally passed the buck to her boss jim who told me that he was busy and he will get on it soon. After about four months I was told my items are finally ready and when I receive their statement I was surprised to see a 25% processing fee and a lot of the items I have since were not on the docket. When I contacted the owner jim COM Ma he's a very belligerent arrogant and did not apologize for the missing items, after the fact he sent me a bogus ticket of items that I sent, nothing matched. When I requested the metals to be sent instead of the check,(I would not trust these people with a check)I got more delays and more excuses, jim told me here to refine things a little more for some reason, after hearing the excuse of next week, next week, for almost another six weeks. I finally contacted the local police, postal inspector, and the attorney general. I finally receive my metals, but had nothing to do with the items I sent, it was a bag of mystery powder that did not match the receipt that was supposed to be sent. After many days of phone calls not returned, I got a rude text from jim saying that the "magic dust "was worth about 30% more than the spot value of the metals. I would not trust these people or recommend you sending any items to them. Stacy and jim seem to be compulsive liars and ConMan
