They are the Best Delivery Service Period. Right now I have I Big issues with UPS vs. Best Buy. Shipping is ALL Screwed up and they just blame each other for lost packages. Worst Post Office in NJ I live 2 Blocks away and will drive 9 miles to Union to send Mail daily. I sent an item international and the guy told me I have no international forms. They sent it out with my address covered with an incomplete label. $27.00. It came back 2 months later. My customer was pissed. I resent and lost another $27.00. USPS prices keep going up. Service gets worse and worse. They need to get new people who want to work and fix the post offices with one employee all day. They need some type of management and help. read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever had. The guy hands me tape and tells me to tape up my package and he'll take it from us. He then proceeds to close everything up and put a sign up saying "We will back at 2:30" (it was 2pm at this point). I knock on the door and he yells " No no you wait!" I then yell "sir where do you want me to leave the package?" And he comes out of his door and tells me I need to wait. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll travel the extra 5 minutes to ship my packages elsewhere. read more

have been going to this PO for almost two years VERY 1st day when purchasing a year's rental for a PO box(& mind you the price is based on location whereas where I lived before in a lower middle class neighborhood it was about $90 but for Clark the smallest is $140) because I purchase bulk items & wasn't sure of the mail setup at the location I moved to so I chose the smallest box(I don't mind standing in a line if not ridiculously long)--was asked by the blonde employee(which is mentioned in another review) what I intended to use it for I mentioned & she said "how often?" because they're a sub station & didn't want extra boxes to store until I picked them up I told her what doest it matter if I'm willing to stand in a line? you put the yellow card in my box, I stand in the line & that's it--got an attitude in return & was about to walk out but since I already paid for the box I let it go; I will say in the last few visits her attitude has turned around(maybe she was going thru personal times, not that I'm accepting that as an excuse) as for the office it is antiquated--way too much wasted space in the box area-you have enough room for maybe 8 average sized ppl for a line which leads right to the entrance lobby, the a/c--heat are on bare minimum, I can count on 1 hand how many times more than 1 clerk was available at the same time(this was the case at my old PO so I'm sure every sub station is the same) On 2 occasions this year arrived around 10ish on a Saturday morning(they open at 8:30) to find the place closed up?? The 1st time I waited for a few then left, the 2nd time as I was leaving I mentioned to a woman going towards it that no one was around; she identified herself as a mgr so then spent about the next 10-15 mins calling diff ppl & not in a pleasant manner--when she got done she said someone should arrive in a 1/2 hour again I had other things to do it's only getting 2 stars because of proximity & the attitude change of the employee read more

I wish I could put NO stars. Not only are they rude and nasty, they are also super disorganized, and not willing to help when a package doesn't get delivered. If you have an issue, they shoo you away rather than trying to help. They go on lunch every time I come in, and close randomly. How is this even acceptable? read more

Worst customer service! Agreed with the other review about the Blonde receptionist. Extremely rude with no patience. I walked in the door at 5:01 trying to get something out for the Holliday and she screams I'm not taking you. The other gentleman took me and ended up making a mistake on my transaction. Not only is she upset they had call someone to fix it she blatantly says to me we should've never taken you. He wasn't any better telling me there's nothing they can do.
