Most recently, I had to ship a package overnight to California, and their service was quick and efficient. As promised, by 11am the next morning the package had arrived at its destination! I mainly use this location for printing, using their very handy Print and Go service. I just send my doc to the Print and Go email address, and it's in their system almost instantly. Then, I can just show up and enter my confirmation number into their printer. Voila, my docs are in my hands in minutes. The output is nice, too, as their printer is much higher quality than my home deskjet. This location is a small one, but they have everything I need, including some office supplies, cards, and books always in stock for a little retail therapy. My only wish is that they had longer hours - they're pretty much only open during the day (and closed Sundays) so plan accordingly.

When the purchase was made, they gave me 3 SIM cards and told me to come in when the new phone came in with the iPad and both phones and they'd download everything and get it going for me. You have to wait for the customers being helped to sign contracts, give personal information, etc... That was a little annoying. He didn't ask politely if we could please sit over there and wait until someone was available. He TOLD us he was going to "have us sit down". I promptly walked out. He won't be "having me" do anything. He especially won't be having my business. Someone should "have him" choose his words more carefully. The Martin Jr in stock was hanging with the other guitars was ready to play & she set me up to try it out. They had a good selection Martin accessories including a good assortment of guitar strings including the Martin brand so I also bought a spare set of the Martin LifeSpan Phosphor Bronze Light strings. I was short on time so did not get a chance to fully take in the ambience & experience of Dan & Sara's music store, but reading up on Crossroads before hand on their website & stepping into their store, I felt the warm embrace of some good vibes, and appreciate their community involvement in local music events in this very charming waterfront town. I like contributing to local businesses so I not only walked away with a very nice Martin acoustic electric guitar, it felt rewarding to give back. I hope to explore more of the Washington peninsula & look forward taking more time visiting Port Townsend & Crossroads Music.

The owners were friendly and helpful and encouraged trying out different ideals. (I loved the wonderful KK baritone) and gave useful and helpful tips on restringing. My kind of music store - they are passionate about their stuff and it shows.
