Friendly USPS workers and very helpful. Always leave with a couple suckers for the kids (the workers remember even if kids aren't with me)!

I have been using this location on a fairly regular basis for bulk business mailings and occasional larger envelopes mailings requiring them to weigh/type in each individual address. There are two women who I typically see working at the service counter, and they are always pleasant to me and others. The facility itself is not in great condition (older as you would expect, but the lobby always appears clean). The parking lot is in really rough condition. Of course I had to mail something TO Buffalo FROM Buffalo. One in MN, one in NY. This is a nice small efficient PO. Old style, the Post Master knew the people. I always like those places. Parking was ok here. read more

I'm just preaching to the choir as I read some reviews here. Just don't go here. Don't support this business. I don't typically write reviews like this, but my mother had a horrible experience here with a post office worker. This happened a couple days ago. Her name is Summer and she treated my mother with blatant disrespect. My mother wanted to deliver a care package to my sister, who is serving our country. Instead of being helpful, Summer sent my mother back three times over the course of several days. Once my mother finally got the care package together, Summer complained about the amount of data entry that she had to do to ship the package. (For reference, you have to fill out a form listing the items you are wanting to ship. It was a bag of candy. I am unsure how that is difficult to enter.) I understand that international packages are difficult, but there is no need to be crass and rude to my mother. As long as Summer is working there, I don't think your international package is going to be delivered, but if you need simple packages it may be fine. My mother eventually went to Maple Lake, which is probably a better option for you too. There's no need to be rude to people who are kind to you. Do better. read more

I'll start off saying worst post ever! I'd give them zero stars but have to give 1 just to post this. With that said, staff is friendly however the head honcho is an a*~h0le. My parents mail has been delivered to the wrong address and with a simple call a staff member said that was unacceptable and very nice about it. Since then they are now receiving someone else's mail. With another call to explain, this a*~h0le proceeded to scream and yell and continued to hang up the phone not just once but multiple times when she tried to explain. He then had the audacity to tell a 75 year old women he would call the police if she called again. Not sure what his problem is but he should not be in the position he is in and will be reported. I will also add that other families in the area are also receiving others mail and having to resort to leaving notes in their mailbox letting the delivery person know they need to check the house number before delivering mail. There was a much better way to handle this and i can only imagine how the friendly staff has to deal with their a*~h0le boss. read more

Absolutely horrible service here, which is really sad considering the post office is already losing support (I can see why.) I called hoping to get some answers regarding a mailbox in front of my home that didn't belong to us (it was dilapidated and not in use.) I wanted to take this mailbox down as it was an eyesore, but wanted to make sure it wasn't illegal or anything. With it being the post office's property, I reached out to them by phone. They WOULD NOT pick up the phone! It rang and rang after I called again and again. It was horrible. I literally just wanted to ask them a simple question. I ended up having to drive to the post office- so when it was my turn, I asked them, does your phone work? The woman at the counter said yes, but when there are customers in the lobby, we don't answer the phone. WRONG answer! I'm a customer too, and I was on the phone. There were two women behind the counter- one could have easily picked up my call and asked me to hold- they wouldn't even do that. Greaaaat service, USPS. So this lady was trying to tell me that if I'm not able to come in to the post office physically, I cannot he helped by phone? I am so annoyed with this post office and really hope management sees this- not cool at ALL. I used to work in retail and customer service, so I'm not some bratty customer on my high horse or anything either- my expectations are rather normal, and your service absolutely stunk. read more
