They are always friendly and helpful and will help you unload if they are not too busy which they usually are as it is a very busy place for a reason. One example, I brought in some computer boards, aluminum cans, a little steel, and a paper grocery bag full of copper wire. They weighed everything and printed out my check, I got in my pickup and looked at the check and it was way more than it should have been, they paid me for 400 pounds of copper wire rather than the 40 that it was. I went back in and told Chris the owner that either that paper bag and I are a lot stronger than I think we are or you paid me too much. He looked at it and said I know what I did wrong and started to correct it, the software on the computer glitched and it deleted the entire invoice so he had to start over, took about 20 minutes to get it fixed up so he paid me the correct amount and added $50 more because it took so long. I got lazy once and took cans over to a place closer as I was in a hurry, I estimated the total weight and got paid less than half of what I should have. I will never go anywhere other than Maximum, they pay more than most other places and are great to deal with.

We have had other vendors try to remove it however they were successful. I tried Dawn dish soap and a scrub brush attachment on a drill and got some decent results. I reached out to Kahuna and requested an in person appointment through their website. I received a text stating they received it and would schedule. I received several texts about the date and them coming by, I reiterated, several times, that I wanted to be there when they stopped by to discuss the issues we were having. No response, no one showed up, we have cameras on the property and know if anyone approached the house....no one came. The next day I received a bid via email for standard house washing and and additional line item stating the option to acid wash the house and pricing was on a per square foot basis. no total cost, no price, just a open line item. Then I started getting emails about scheduling the work. They ignored my request to meet on site. They didn't even show up on site. It is as if I am being told...screw you just give us your money. Why would anyone want to do business with them when you are treated like that? I have unsubscribed, twice now, from their automated emails and text messages. Hopefully they will stop today.

When I reached out to several companies, I asked they typical questions about carpet cleaning, plus asked if they could move a couple of pieces of furniture. Nick said his company could. He showed up alone, and did not move any furniture. He struggled getting the equipment up and down the stairs and we were actually worried he was going to hurt himself. After he left and the carpet dried, I noticed several stains around the carpet and it didn't feel soft when it dried. Instead of leaving a bad review, I reached out and asked what I should do. I also mentioned that my carpet was stiff and crunchy, so I asked if there was something we could do for that. He offered to come back out Monday. I said, "sure. What time?" He replied, "130" I confirmed 1:30. When he didn't show up at 1:30, I reached out. Nick said he came to my house at 1:10 and knocked loudly and no one answered. Then he left. He assumed I forgot and didn't wait until our appointment time. No one was home because the agreed upon appointment time was 1:30. The next message was rude and Nick turned this on me and said, "you should have communicated that with me. I drove all the way out from Otsego. I was trying to be nice." I was trying both times to give him a chance to fix the problem so that I could leave a good review. I like to support small businesses.
