I loathe having to go to this post office. Had to pick up a package I dont think they ever actually tried to deliver. They left a redelivery note on my door. I planned a redelivery online, which was never delivered. I then called and scheduled a redelivery. Tracked it online and the only status was unexpected delay. This happened the second time I called for a redelivery. Finally I called to find out what happened and the phone agent told me that for reasons she can't figure out, they just never bothered to honor the redelivery request and filed a complaint. She then said it could take a couple days for the manager of the branch to contact me, so I'm now forced to go there to get it since it's now been a week waiting for this package. The worst postal service in years - I write this from my own personal experience. If I could give less than one star I would. - You call and no one answers the phone. Every now and again someone will. But you are lucky when that happens. - You call to have packages delivered, they say they are being redelivered, you wait, and the package is still in the post office when you call. This post office is for the pits. On three separate occasions, my package was to be delivered that day. Waited all day only to receive a notice on my Informed Delivery page that an attempt was made to deliver and that I should put in for a re-delivery. The carriers are getting away with this poor excuse of not delivering packages on the day of delivery and when you complain about it, the so-called customer service look at you as if you were a foreign object. There does not seem to be accountability for the actions of those who don't do their jobs correctly. read more

The worst post office ever!!!!! They need more staff and they need to either replace or train the few they have already there on customer service. I have never had a great customer service experience in the 6 years I've been coming here. If my packages wouldn't always have to be delivered here, i would not be coming to this post office ever! I see they from other reviews that they have changed manager. However, I have yet to experience any difference in management for this post office. read more

I had to write this because I recently had 2 poor experiences at this Post Office. Both times were to pick up a package. A couple of weeks ago, the line I was on did not move for 15 minutes. The clerk could not find the customer's package. After a complaint by another person in line, the supervisor/manager finally came over to help. This morning, I was again at the Post Office. The clerk told me that the undelivered packages from the night before were still in the postcons and need to be sorted. He made a copy of my slip and told me that my package will be delivered after 5pm. Well, as I write, it is 7:40pm. I guess I'll be making another trip. By the way, I am a USPS employee. read more

Terrible. This place always has excuses on why something was not delivered that never makes any sense. They're ruining Amazon's image for people that use Amazon Prime because nothing ever comes in the time it is supposed to. If I could give zero stars I would! Find another post office, honestly. The workers attitudes are disgusting and they are VERY RUDE! One worker got upset with a customer for telling her to smile and had a nasty, rude remark. USPS needs new workers at the Conner St post office. Take your service elsewhere, mark my words. read more

This post office is terrible. I had a package of mine handed to me already opened and missing most of the contents and the courier had the nerve to tell me there was nothing she could do about it. I called the post office and was told it is policy to notify a customer when their package has been damaged during transit so I find it very shady that it even reached the mail truck and was handed to me personally if it was "a sorting issue". I'm utterly disgusted at this point and if I could, I would never have any more packages of mine go through this post office ever again. read more

Great customer service, but the main post office for the community is extremely small and you can expect long lines any day of the week. There's a window for pick-ups by the mailbox area of the location, as well as window service pass the glass door that seperates the mailboxes from the retail area. Area by all forms tends to be messy as customers do not clean up after themselves. Bring a pen if you plan on filling forms or money orders as there are none around the retail area. read more

This post office is the worst post office I have EVER been too. I used to come to this location and it was ok but now it has gone downhill. I was expecting a package and they sent a slip saying it's at the post office because I missed the package, ok fine no problem. I go to the post office a very long wait with only 2 people in line including me took more than 25 minutes for a wait because the employees were talking up a storm, the woman had a bad attitude with me, huffing and puffing and being impatient with me and there was only one person behind me in line. She then told me that it's back in transit in the post office van,going to be delivered again. I catch the mail carrier guy walking on the side walk. I asked if he has my package. He said, "Yes but I already left a slip on your door, you can pick it up tomorrow." I told him can I please have my package i am here now, he says sorry for the inconvenience and then he gets in his van and drives off. What the hell?? The second time this happened! Worst customer service in the world. Now I have to wait another day to go back to this sucky ass post office to get my package and then after that they will send me on another wild goose chase. Not even cool!! From now on I'm going to the Section 5 post office or Dreiser loop post office. DO NOT COME HERE at all costs!!! read more

This post office has improved TREMENDOUSLY since the new manager took over late last year. Lines move quickly, the staff is much more pleasant and it's no longer torture going to this branch. Kudos to everyone on the turnaround, and as it become sustained, I'll increase my stars. read more
