At around 12:50pm today I took two packages in to send back to the sender. One was an order that I had to use the money back guarantee for and one was, you guessed it, a package they lost for 13 days and Amazon had already gotten me a new one 11 days before the original was received.
Anyways, during my transaction, the agent at window #6 12:50pm called me a name under her breath. I looked at her as I was swiping my card and asked her what did you just call me? She said I called you a smart alek or something to that effect. I admit, I have turrets syndrome when called names by people doing their jobs. I immediately asked for her supervisor as my temperature rose. She said 'I don't have time for this' and called the next customer. I said look 'B**ch" get me your supervisor, you can't just call customer names, 'I just did' she says. She just knew that no one was there and she could do and treat people however they want. As my blood pressure rose, I went over to where the management was supposed to be. No one around, I flat palmed smacked the counter 3 times asking for the supervisor. No one. Then this other agent on the opposite side of the counter, came right next to me and grabbed a package, I asked her to get me a supervisor, she completely acted like she did not hear me. So I said, 'B**ch' I asked for a supervisor. She told me I ain't getting no supervisor, and what did you call me. I felt obliged to tell her again. Then she said your mama's a 'B**ch' All hell broke loose, turrets was loose. She then started cackling with a full crowd of customers in the lobby, 'did you hear what he just called me, did you hear that' then they all started in amongst themselves. I then turned to the entire post office and I said I called her a 'b**ch and I called her a C U next Tuesday!
Not to forget, the reason my turrets started was that #6 provoked me and thinks it is ok for her to call customers names and she has no one to report too. In fact all of them think they are safe in their jobs so that is why they act the way they do. The poor manager is too weak to put anyone in line or handle anything appropriately. 5 unruly women and 1 measly guy running the show.
I admitted to the USPS that I called their people names and stormed out and even told them the names I used. Let's not forget, this would never had happened if she did not call me a name. She also did not complete her job, she never gave me my postal receipt with my tracking number on it to track my package. This is their response:
