This post office socks ass, mess up all the time, tracking says delivered but no package, they usually put in wrong po box, sad but way too often, can't communicate with them, they won't answer the phone, and they fucked it up read more

I have had to call 3xs in the last month asking for my packages. The carrier continues to mark my shipments as "delivered to mailbox", but they are never actually delivered to my mailbox. I'm so frustrated with this and the money I have lost on these packages. When calling the post office, all they say is "sorry, we can't find it, ask the place to send it to you again". It isn't the company's fault that I ordered it from, this is USPS losing my packages every single time, costing me and the company I ordered it from money. Horrible. read more

Worst post office. Typical government efficiency. All 3 of the people ahead of me in line left after being "served" and were all extremely angry. The people "working" there are all beyond incompetent and very rude. You will lose money somehow with these people. read more

I am not happy with the way that I am being treated by the post office, they have lost a package of mine. They claim to have delivered it but delivering it to the wrong address doesn't count. Calling me and not leaving a message after hours on a Friday so I cannot call you back does not count as dealing with the issue. read more

This is the worst run post office I have encountered. It is impossible to get them on the phone to ask a question and the manager at the blue door is not helpful at all. I had a PO Box with informed delivery and cancelled it an submitted a change of address. After the effective date, I still get informed delivery notifications that things have went to the PO Box. I checked with the manager and he showed me the orders for forwarding the mail even though there was mail in my box. The next day, after turning in the PO Box keys, I got another notification with a bunch of mail in the PO Box. This time we talked to a person that said the PO Box was still open so she made sure it was closed; this morning, I got a notification about more stuff going to my PO Box. I can not get them on the phone and I don't understand their level of incompetence. read more

I tried calling to find out why two of my packages were marked as delivered but were not in my lock box; there is a prompt for tracking and missing packages, but after you enter the tracking info if says it was delivered and thats the end of it. Even if it wasn't delivered to the correct address, that's it. Delivered. End of story. The current wait time for a representative is 50 minutes. What a garbage company, no wonder they can't break even every year and are a drain on tax payers. read more

This place has lost two packages in the last month. The tracking said they were delivered and they had either gone to the wrong address. Horrible workers, understaffed. They did nothing to help. All they would have had to do is call the driver and tell them the mistake and they could go back and pick up the package. Worst people ever read more

They literally "couldn't" deliver, and then lost, two different packages in a 4 month period. The package did its transit fine, made it to bozeman, made it onto the truck, and then bam, didn't get one for almost 2 months, didn't get the other at all. read more

I have been waiting for 2 packages from Amazon, so I'm sitting at my desk at work and I get a notification from Amazon that there was an attempt to deliver my packages 40 minutes earlier yet I haven't moved from my desk. I call the Post Office and I'm told that there was not a safe place to leave them, I ask why there needed to be a safe place to leave them when they could have been delivered right to the counter in the lobby? I was told that it would be looked into and I would get a call back. I get a call back about 10 minutes later and I'm told that the carrier didn't deliver the packages because the suites in the building weren't clearly marked. There are 2 suites in the building and ours has a 4 foot banner in front of it with the company name on it which is also the name that is on the packages, but apparently the carrier couldn't figure that out, so I'm told it will be delivered the next day. I check the status of my packages today around 2:30 and it says that delivery was attempted at 4:47 am. I again call the Post office and I'm told that is incorrect and that my packages are at the Post office waiting to be picked up. Now I have to wait another day to see if they actually attempt to deliver them and if the carrier can figure out which suite is ours now that I put a letter A on our door. read more

I sent a letter priority mail (purchasing an envelope at the same time, or so I thought). I paid with my debit card. When I received my bank statement for June in July, I noted the amount. Then I received my statement in August for July, and there was another nominal charge from the USPS 13 days later. It appeared, looking back in my check register that they forgot to charge me for the envelope and decided to do so 13 days later, which is UNLAWFUL, since no charges are to be made without the authorization from and in the presence of the customer, and I was absolutely NOT there on that date. What's to stop them from making another charge if they find they're short another day on someone elses? What a bunch of scum-sucking pigs! What an underhanded and deceitful thing to do. The amount has nothing to do with it; it's the principle! It's a cautionary tale; don't pay with anything but cash. They have no integrity or principles; that should be obvious. read more
