This post office is always fairly busy but the two main representatives do a great job keeping the line moving. They're incredibly efficient and will help you get your package to the destination in the best time for the best rate. I've only seen these two women work the front but they are always smiling. They have helped me readdress and fix my shipping service countless times. One of the best post offices I've been to. If you're picking up something from behind the door, they take forever to answer. I have waited for 15 minutes many times and after they answer they're slow to retrieve the package. Once again, this Beaumont post office has proven its total incompetence. In 1860, the Pony Express could deliver a letter a distance of 1800 miles in 10 days. In 2024, Beaumont USPS can't manage a 1300 mile delivery in less than 9. Bring back the ponies! BTW- I use various post offices this problem is unique for this location. read more

I and the family of "Mr. Guy" as he will be referred to, would like to thank Post Office employee Lekeitha Trusty for assisting and calling for medical attention upon finding Mr. Guy lying on the ground next to his car. He apparently had been there most or all of the night and into the day. This call for medical assistance most definitely saved his life. He was in critical condition when he was found. This is by far the worst and rudest post office of anywhere i have ever been. And not just on one occasion! I have come multiple times, and they speak to you in such a condescending manner about everything. Numerous times my packages have been misdelivered, lost, stolen, who knows. My route is now a whoever gets it today routine and after working for the US Govt. for 36 years I know what that equates too. I won't work that route tomorrow so who gives a damn today routine, on top of the usual who gives a damn routine that these people have already. I suggest some number recognition training for these folks, maybe some after hours flash card training. And you shouldn't use your cell phones while driving, especially in school zones. Horrible experience. Every time I went to drop off packages after buying the postage online, 2 of the clerks constantly harassed me constantly every single time to the point of seeming to get off to it. Both saying to take our packages off the counter & go wait in line so they can ask us the question if the package is fragile or not, etc. This is a question we are asked online when we are sold the postage so that clerks do NOT need to ask the question when online customers are dropping off packages. When calling the National postal system about it, we're told to talk to the Postmaster about it ... except we can never get a hold of the Postmaster in person or by phone. If needing to drop off packages, DO NOT go to this post office unless you want to be harassed every single visit. read more

when picking up mail the manger is very disrespectful. they dnt take the time out to go find ur mail even after the app tells u that u have mail there. just all in all they need people that have good customer service and it should be more then one person helping customers. read more

I mailed birthday cards to my Grandkids in Georgia on a Saturday and a week later no cards have been delivered yet!! I have mailed from my job and its no problem! The birthday cards was for my 4 and 5 year old grandkids which as of today THEY DO NOT HAVE. I personally went inside the lobby and handed the clerk my package and ask her if it had enough postage on it and she said yes it will arrive in 3-4 days. But still no birthday cards my grandson birthday is passed and its not looking good for my granddaughter either!!! Just sad they steal birthday cards that they think has money in them!!!! read more

Very convenient location but beware your box can easily get stuck in the drop off bin and there is no one to help you after hours. Thankfully the man picked up at 330 Saturday and helped me after hours. It was crazy getting that smaller box stuck. read more

Seems like at least twice a month, a neighbor is knocking on my door to give me man that the mail carrier has placed in their box by mistake!! I've had to call various businesses to get my bills RE-sent because they've not arrived, I've had mail get to its destination, and complaining doesn't seem to do any good. I wonder if I have to leave the city of Beaumont, (or possibly the star of Texas) just to get decent mail service?!? This is ridiculous!How hard is it tell the difference between 213 and 212?!? Be ready to wait up to 30 minutes. One person to fetch packages for you while the others take too long to do stuff. They need more staff for a city this size. read more

I absolutely hate coming into this facility. The employees are indeed rude and frequently gives bad or inaccurate information. I have had my mail LOST multiple times and currently no one can locate my order with a tracking number. I was promised a call back after closing and 5 whole days has some how manage to pass and in true USPS fashion no follow up. All I want is my order that has been paid in full and to deal with this post office as least as possible. Wish I could give zero stars. read more
