The man behind the desk was nice, but was concerned about the way I packaged the return. I infomed him that this is the way I recieved it from Amazon..I just put the return label over the shipping label. The manager came over and looked at it and said.."well if it doesn't get to Amazon it is his fault not ours". Then I noticed a corner of the package was lifted. I asked the man if he could please put a piece of shipping tape over this corner. The lady (manager) stepped in and said "You can purchase our shipping tape over there (as she pointed to a wall) or make a donation". The tape would have been no more than 3 inches long. I threw my hands in the air and walked out. That 3 inch tape just cost her my future business..never again!

Be warned-this place can get crazy around lunch time! And pulling out of the parking lot can feel maze-like!

The transmission came from south Carolina. trans. should have 6500 miles on it. as soon as we seen the transmission we know there is no way this mileage is accurate. after a whole month playing games with us (We are a large transportation company in central jersey) finally toke our vehicle back & purchased a new trans. from the dealer . And install it in 3 days we had the vehicle back on the road! spoke to the owner who promised he will refund the money instead of us filling a dispute. he never did call me. file a dispute & they fight the dispute with some lies. we will send back to amex. with all the proofs to their lies & will file law suit against them soon for our loss of use of the vehicle. don't deal with this people.
