Parked and went inside. The clerk was pleasant but had to go in the back to get 20 post card stamps. I guess people don't send many postcards these days from a city that is heavily reliant on tourists? Stamps applied and they have a drop slot inside. There is also one outside. And apparently the drivers aren't allowed to contact me when they bring my package so that I can help them to avoid nonexistent "animal interference" in addition to that it took me 8 phone calls and over an hour of my time to learn this small piece of information. This is the second day IN A ROW. That this has happened. And apparently picking up the package from the facility isn't an option because the drivers (whom I can't call) have it. So I recommend using a REPUTABLE establishment...not a joke like this one, one star is overly generous. I just got an update from amazon informing me that the package that is currently about 10 miles from my house will take a week to get here; even if they walked here it wouldn't take that long. I am disabled and unfortunately I have to rely on institutions like this that clearly have no respect for the handicapped, I am considering contacting the ADA because this negligent behavior could have been a real problem if I had tried to send medical supplies I'd probably be dead by now. I could have rolled there in my wheelchair in less time than it would have taken them to drive here.

Like they couldn't throw it near my door the day before? No, they didn't attempt to deliver it and just marked that they tried. This is happening again with another package I ordered. Note that these packages are just those big yellow envelopes that definitely fit in my mailbox and I am NOT supposed to sign for them. The package I was supposed to get on Monday first just had it's tracking day changed to say that it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday without explanation after I did not receive it on Monday. Now today it has been "attempted to be delivered" even though they say I don't need to sign for it and the package should fit in my mailbox. They are skipping my section of their route, I am positive, to save time or meet some sort of quota. I am so done with USPS.

He must have been tired because he threw all my packages to my door. Apparently he couldn't be bothered to walk the extra 3-4 feet, lean forward, and place them on my porch. Most irritating was my third package, that he literally THREW from the sidewalk, despite the fact that it had large red "fragile" stickers on literally every side of the box. Really pissed me off. I understand being tired. It was almost 8pm, he probably had a long day. But how about some common courtesy? How about next time just put it off until the next day? What would he have to say if he watched this happen to one of his packages? I bet he'd feel some type of way. It's all on video too. The next day I went to three locations to make a complaint. When I got to the third location (Wabash), which was the correct location to make the complaint, the supervisor couldn't be bothered to walk out and speak with me at the counter. Instead she had the employee give me a sticky note with her email address. After my third email to her, I finally got a half-a$$ response. Smh. Tried to post video for you guys (it's really something to see), but yelp doesn't allow video. So here is a screenshot of him throwing my FRAGILE package. Damn shame, huh?
