I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful.
