Horrible unprofessional rude manager REGINA

This Broadview-Morosgo 30324 USPS is terrible and deserves to be shut down. To be civil servants, they are rude, nasty, lazy, & provide the absolute worst customer service of any federal government entity ever - especially this location's manager REGINA. I deeply regret taking my packages to this post office location on Monday, 12-20-2021 to ship. The first 2 packages arrived at their destination 2-3 days late, despite being sent via Priority (2-day for a 5lb box & 3-day for a 2lb box). The 3rd package, which was a 41 pounds 4.2oz box in great condition was supposed to arrive by 12/23/21. However, the status always read "in USPS possession." To my dismay, the box was returned to me on 12-27-21 (despite online tracking still staying USPS is is still in possession of this item) in HORRIBLE condition (extremely weak, like it had been water warped floating down a river, holes in the box I could fit my hand into) with the PRIORITY postage sticker missing (I could tell where it had been ripped off) & a "RETURN TO SENDER POSTAGE DUE" sticker put on it. How is postage due when I took it to a clerk in this office who measured & weighed it, affixed the postage, & I have a receipt?! I thought it was strange the clerk asked me multiple times did I want to purchase additional insurance on the package. No. Now, I regret it, bc I am out of the $56.25 I paid to ship this. I went back to this location on Tues.12/28/21 to inquire why they ripped the postage off, and showed them a pic of the box back at my home and then showed them online tracking which stated they still have the item in their possession. An employee named Jemetris (sp?) said they would NOT give me a refund, it's my fault for not paying to ship it GUARANTEED PRIORITY EXPRESS, and for me to bring the heavy box back the next day and they would help retape the box so it could make it to its destination. However, I could not make it there the next day (Wed)(some of us do have 8a-5p jobs and this location's hours are only 9a-5p). I went Thurs 12/30/21 and wasted 3 hours of my life being mistreated. Seemed to be 2 new clueless male Clerks working who were unenthused to assist and would not help me secure the box (I bought a huge roll of packing tape with me). They said I should've came the previous day when I was supposed to bc Jemetris wasn't at work. They would not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She was decent, said the box got damaged going thru machines or conveyor belts and that's prob how the postage came off. Sounds like a lie, bc I've never heard of US priority express postage labels coming off. She said there's nothing to be done except me file a $50 insurance claim. Unacceptable. I want a $56.25 refund. I asked to speak to the manager, who was I reluctant to come out & didn't appear until 45 minutes later (I had my toddler child with me), and walked around asking who was there to pick up packages or paying with a debit card. She didn't acknowledge me. I asked if she was the manager & she immediately had a nasty attitude. Then she contradicted everything the supervisor said, saying they didn't damage my box & that they didn't take postage off, that she wouldn't help me, i should've bought insurance. I asked her name, she wouldn't tell me. I asked for the number to the postmaster and consumer affairs, she would not give them to me. She walked off. Mind you, they had my box behind the counter on the floor where they dropped it. I stood there another 40 minutes. Ghetto nasty attitude unhelpful evil spirited Regina never resurfaced. One of the clerks said she left the building! Whole time I kept calling 1-800-ASK-USPS & could not get ahold of an actual person to speak to until 5pm. This location closed with me and my 3 year old still inside and they still had my box. I had to demand my box back. They didn't even have the decency to help me lift it & it was pouring rain outside. Thank you for ruining a child's (recipient) Christmas! In the future, I know to take all of my large packages to either UPS or FedEx to ship! Or at least go to the Pharr Rd location.

This is the closest P.O. to my house and for 14 years I've come here (only when necessary) and I've NEVER been surprised by a pleasant experience. Lines, slow don't give a damn service, mostly one person working, less than clean, smelly it just sucks.! I challenge the PMG to visit and explain why the continued poor service is acceptable.

Now you can't buy stamps from the counter here, just the kiosk. Absolutely ridiculous service and the slowest post office ever.

Very bad attitudes when you go in to get help. They are very short with their answers to questions and act like you are a bather.

Zero sense of urgency. Took me half an hour to get a money order. Very frustrating experience. USPS used to be much better. Sad!

Came to use the self service station, the post office has run out of supplies. No priority mail flat rate envelopes.

This is the worst post office. Customer service have sort of improved but the line is ALWAYS LONG. This post office should not exist.
