I just recently used them again but this time it was to haul away a piece of furniture. They were able to pick up the furniture later in the week and also gave me a discount on the cost. They are currently helping out the community by accepting food donations, and they also donate furniture if it's in good condition. The guys that picked up the furniture were prompt and on time and very courteous! Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again if needed.

I have had a storage until at Tautphaus Park Storage for over 20 years. The original owner was…read moregreat, but since Storage Corner purchased the facility it's been awful. Rent has jumped by $75 PER MONTH (a 69% increase), TONS of repetitive paperwork requirements, and RUDE customer service people. Most recently, they started charging me a monthly "protection" fee, despite the fact that I had provided them with a copy of my insurance coverage. It has taken two days and 7 (SEVEN!) phone calls to get through to a "manager" who told me I should have known what they were going to do because I got a generic email from them last year. He admitted that he wouldn't be happy if he and I switched positions, but they have thousands of clients and the can't possibly reach out to individual customers. So, if you want a storage unit company that thinks that $3K/year isn't enough to warrant ANY individual customer service, Storage Corner is definitely for you. Buyer (OK, renter) beware.
