She came to the window with an unfriendly face, no greeting, and upon my showing her pictures of what I meant and the actual folded cards (with folded pictures inside) said there's nothing she can do about it. "He has to do it with one hand, she said." As I said, it takes a slight twist of the wrist to do it without deep bends. Simple solution. Simple training of staff. She's not up to the job of Postmaster, IMHO. Sad. Two weeks before Christmas, the only stamps available were American flags and Day of the Dead skeleton stamps. Same Postmaster, who didn't feel a need to order Holiday or winter stamps.

John took the tracking number and called the carrier post office and found the package and asked them to pull it out of the truck so I could retrieve it. At one point the line disconnected and he waited for them to call back.
