I am beyond satisfied with the professional interaction I had with Eileen a couple months back when…read moreI needed assistance with a same-day, in-person apostille request at the Sacramento SOS office. I am also a Notary and I'm familiar with the process of obtaining this certificate, but I live about an hour's drive away, so I searched for this service online on behalf of one of my clients, and I am lucky I landed here. Her professionalism on the phone, and good communication and responsiveness were both impressive, but I mostly was pleased by her fair pricing and timely return. I was able to overnight her the document and pertinent information, as well as payment and a return envelope, and she had it back to me in just a couple of days, as promised, and even put the doc back into a nice folder. It was all-around above and beyond my expectation and I will definitely use her services again for future requests that I am unable to personally fulfill. Thank you for making the transaction great for both me, and my client!
