The drive-thru now leads to the street - not to a collection box. Horribly inconvenient.

For MANY years I have gone here and sent packages to my family all over the country. For all these…read moreyears I would have always given them a 5 Star Plus Rating (if that were possible). They have always been most helpful, and knowledgeable. I recently retired a little under a year ago under complicated circumstances. My house was involved in a fire that started in the twin house that is attached to mine. The fire extended to my roof and also to the one room that was next to the room on the neighbor's side where the fire started, and I had smoke damage. Consequently, I had to retire to find the time to pack up all my possessions for storage while I was moved to temporary housing during the renovation. I retired from a Federal government job at the time DOGE was massively cutting staff and services throughout my agency and also at the Social Security Administration. Many employees were forced out at the same time as me, and HR Staff and Social Security Staff all lost many employees. This combination of more leaving federal employment at a time that the staff needed to process the retirements was smaller than it had been in decades. The backlog got so bad that they are still processing our retirements. During this time, I started having to copy, print and fax a lot of documents for retirement and social security applications, and also for my insurance claim with permits, renovations, and temp housing. Consequently, I became a nuisance customer for the small, yet time consuming jobs of copying, printing, and faxing. However, I never felt like I had become a nuisance before yesterday. I have been returned to my home following a restoration that was at best partially done. My house was not inhabitable when I was quickly moved back after my insurance company said they weren't paying any longer for my temporary housing. There is MUCH unfinished work here and much that has been destroyed or gone missing with most of my possessions still stored in their storage facility that I have no idea of where it is. The Fire Restoration Company is not replying to me and neither is my adjuster. The insurance company says they paid the claim in full (but I never inspected or authorized the payment which was VERY HUGH!!!) Only a small fraction of the original work order was ever done. So the insurance company says my issue is with my adjuster who obtained payment under false pretenses and passed it directly along to the Restoration contractors without notifying me. Twp and other legal authorities say I am a victim of fraud and senior abuse (I am 75 years old.) They say this kind of scam, is unfortunately, now common. I was told to get help from elected representatives, anyway, I was there to make copies of the insurance company's detailed, lengthy proposal that specified what work was to be done so it could be compared against what was actually done and not done and done wrong etc. I never intended to be a burden. I would have waited as I normally do for the attendant to make the copies while I was in the store, but I thought I was taking pressure off of him to tell him I'd run another errand and them come back for them in an hour or so. Had they not been done when I came back, I would have either waited or come back according to what the attendant would have preferred. I am going through a crisis and I am elderly and it seemed the friendly and helpful attendant was being told by this other guy "Don't be so nice." This disappointing and somewhat shocking response threw me off balance because it was so out of character from the great service this store has offered for many, many years, but the worst part of it was there was a nasty woman across the street who lived in a first floor apartment there. Since there was no where to park on the street when I returned and I am handicapped. I use a walker when I have to do any walking. This walker is kept in the passenger seat of my car, next to me, but I use a cane for a short and quick walk. I attempted to park in this apartment parking lot directly across the street from the UPS store. I was only picking up done completed work & there were NO OTHER CARS in this parking lot that had eight parking spaces. This tenant came outside at 3:00 p.m. in a leopard nightgown and kept screaming at me, that "I was not allowed to park there. It was for tenants only." I explained to her, I would only be a minute to pick up completed copies, and I was handicapped and 75 years old, and I pointed out there were no spaces on the street. She said if I could drive, then I wasn't handicapped, and she was going to call the police & she took a picture (on her phone) of my handicap license plate. I ended up parking on the very end corner of the street where my car could've been clipped by someone turning on that corner. SADLY, THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE ANYMORE.

Parking: a private lot Atmosphere: bright and full of boxes! Lol This location has everything you need to ship, print, or present. Service: Everyone is so nice and helpful. Whenever I come in to ship something, I always seem to get Mark or Khari, and they are the best. They are engaging and take the time to make sure I select the best shipping option and offer their help with repacking whenever I come with my items already packed but incorrectly. Too tier service. I will continue to come here. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as I do.

He ask me repeatedly what's in my package it's feels heavy, I stated it's for a customer , and all the measurements and weight are correct, As me and my Partner sell on Amazon , Jason was not happy with that answer , I left my package with Jason, and as I was walking out of the FedEx building, I turned and noticed he opened my package!! I asked him, Why did you open my package ? but he ignored me. When I requested my package back, he was reluctantly to returned it. I then asked for a piece of paper to write down his information for my records, to which he responded, "Paper costs here. It's not free," in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. What concerned me most was that Jason took a photo of both my personal information and that of the intended recipient using his personal cell phone, without my consent. He also attempted to photocopy the package label, which prompted me to intervene and retrieve my package immediately. This behavior is not only unprofessional but raises serious concerns regarding privacy and data security. I did not feel respected or safe during this interaction

I ordered a package and paid extra for it to get overnighted. In due course I got the tracking number and saw the item was after only a day held up in their main facility. The label said there were questions from customs as to the contents. It was a shipment of shirts. I contacted the shipper who said they had been in touch with FEDEX and were told it was resolved. And for the next WEEK+ the item just sat there with the code saying there were questions from customs. I would call up and four different times were old by fedex people the matter was resolved but the package didn't move and the site didn't change. So either the phone people were lying or the web site was lying. And there was no answer when it would move. Finally on Monday the site changed and said it would be delivered on Tuesday. Great. I followed up on Tuesday morning and it was delayed because it had arrived at this location after the rucks had left on their runs. This is FEDEX itself that can't keep its own schedule which they set themselves! Between needless delays and employees that were either lying or were incompetent, there isn't a 3rd option there, I've contacted the sender and said I will not be doing any more business with them so long as they use FEDEX as their shipper. I know things happen and companies have to deal with it but FEDEX' response is either to lie to their customers or if the phone people are not lying, then they are too incompetent to enter details into their system correctly so their web site for tracking is updated. These are on FEDex. There is no excuse for the delays they inflicted on this and it's not the first time they've done this. It was all on them and the fact their badly misnamed customer service department was incapable of giving a straight answer. FEDEX just isn't worth it. Use the post office or DHL or a trained alpaca, any would do a better job than this lot.
