They have an outdoor patio but lots of folks were smoking out there, and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes when I'm trying to eat, so we sat inside. read more

ton was my second trip in 2 week. last week it took 1hour 25 minutes to get 2 pizzas and no there were more tables open than being used. Tonight I ordered 6 items to go. There were 4 tables occupied. almost an hour later they bring the to go order out and 5 of the six were wrong. The waitress just looked at me when I told her almost everything was wrong. a gentleman was standing there watching but saying nothin. I asked if he was a manager and he said one of them and after explaining the problem he just looked at me with a clueless look and said he didn't know what to say. My first time at the Bryant location was an authentic Italian atmosphere, clean & friendly staff. SJ was on top of our orders! The outside patio was beautiful with flower arrangements waterfall and big enough to accommodate multiple parties. The restaurant was very busy, but our order came out pretty quick. I ordered a small salad & salad. I believe we paid $8 for one salad and it could feed two easily. Bar area was REALLY nice, authentically Italian, was full, but we'll be back to enjoy that along w the beautiful patio!!! read more

This location is pretty good. It's nice to have nearby and the patio is gray during good weather. The service is pretty good. Sometimes they can be overwhelmed. I'm not sure about the owner. That's all I have to say about that. The pizza is just okay. Its thin, cheaper ingredients, can be stingy. The salads have gone down hill. They aren't as big. And again the ingredients just aren't there. I prefer a sandwich. The appetizers are just things "put together". Nothing special. I think they have things they could work on but it works for a nearby pizza place. They need to revamp. read more

Love the pizza here, wait times have gotten so long it's not as enjoyable. We also noted who I believe was the manager or owner, walking around slowly vacuuming while her young workers are worked to the bone. She should be in the trenches, or at the least hosting people (her workers were waiting tables, seating people and cleaning tables off), but she was doing none of that. Went to US Pizza in Bryant today. Food was great, spicy stix, gluten-free pizza, and a club sandwich all were very tasty and nicely cooked. I asked for tonic water, they were almost out and the manager on duty actually went out to shop for more! Waitress Tracy was excellent not intrusive, but made sure we were happy with everything. I wanted to pick up a pizza for my family and I was kinda on a time crunch, called my order in and the cashier was very friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted. Dined at US Pizza with a few friends on Wednesday night. The beer was cold, food was good, and the service was great. The next morning, I realised that I had lost my wallet. Ordered a Pizza and Bread Stix, with a side of House Dressing with the Stix and another 16 Oz House Dressing. Neither of the House Dressings came with the order. I ordered through Door Dash and they have refunded me. However the person I spoke with on the phone was rude, and blamed the entire thing on the Dasher. While I can see the blame for the 16 Oz. being on the Dasher, the side with the Stix that SHOULD'VE been in the to go container with the Stix is the fault of the establishment itself, to imply with Covid that the Dasher should open my meal to inspect it is absurd, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone hung up on me. I was not a fan of the pizza sauce and the overall experience was just average. The restaurant just does not feel welcoming and even though they have a game room, my kids did not like it at all and were begging to go to McDonalds when we left. The management seemed very disinterested in the guests and acted rudely to the staff. When the phone rang, they just stared at the girl who was answering the phone with a 'do your job look' on their face while she was helping another customer. Definitely did not appear to be the type of boss that I would like to work for- if you don't respect your employees, how do you expect them to respect the business, or your customers? My husband and I usually make a stop here every time we're visiting family in central Arkansas. I'm a fan of all of US Pizza's locations, and this location meets the quality I expect from US Pizza. Gluten free diners - you have options here. There is not a dedicated gluten free kitchen, but I've not had issues. I'm a huge fan of the cheese dip (top 5 in Arkansas) and the gluten free pizzas. Pizza flavor is on point - complex but not overwhelming. We always come here with a very large group. We've not always been able to get seating immediately, but our wait has always been appropriate for the crowd and time. My small complaint is that finding the entrance can be a little confusing based on where you park. read more

We are from Ft Worth and my husband is from Chicago area so we have some great comparisons.....we were totally satisfied and more than happy with this restaurant! We had the Anaheim peppers that were better than as my jalapeno peppers I've ever had!! The pizza was PERFECT!! DELICIOUS!! So, I've been to three other U.S. Pizzas having worked in Little Rock so long. There is a quality of food and service I expected. Not sure if this is a franchise or same owners, but I was very disappointed in my experience here at the one in my backyard. The food was not awful, close to same quality. But where this location lost me...service and cleanliness. Went on a Saturday, while busy, wasn't super busy. No one was waiting to be seated. Our table was cleared, but I HIGHLY doubt it was wiped clean because I could feel the food stuck to it. They took FOREVER to get us our food. The second time my waitress refilled my tea, which was only time offered, was while refilling everyone's water. So, yep, she filled mine with water too. Then the pizza came out, and was much smaller than expected for a large pizza, so we immediately ordered another large cheese pizza. It took even longer to come out. We had all finished our other food, so I finally asked about it when we had been finished for about 10min. To their credit she checked on it, came back and said kitchen was just backed up and it would be soon...and soon after another waitress brought it to our table. Then AS WE WERE EATING IT, the manager came by and said "So sorry, we got behind, that pizza will be out soon", and walked away before I could explain this was that pizza. Then right after we finished second pizza waitress came by and said "You still haven't gotten that pizza?? I'm so sorry". But I caught her and explained we had. Anyway, just overall, not impressed at all and given had upset stomach later...not blaming them, may not have been good? Still, just doubt I'll be back anytime soon if ever. read more

My friends and I used to love to come here and sit on the patio the food is great and the service used to be. The past 4 times it has been AWFUL. We sit for 20 minutes waiting on a server. Nice building and atmosphere for a sit down pizza place. I have been here twice and the second time the service was only ok but I got there at a shift change as it was about 4 pm. They have some decent beer on tap and a full bar but I just wish the pizza had some more flavor. Either spice up the sauce and add enough to taste it or the same thing can be said for the cheese as it is pretty light on cheese. I have to say either mellow mushroom or dam good pies has much better pizza. But neither are in Benton/Bryant area so US Pizza is safe for now. read more
