Wonderful local italian restaurant in Bryant. Just off i30 it is easy if traveling through town. For us, we had a large soccer team for the state soccer playoffs and they catered our dinner for the evening! They were so kind working with our schedule. We took our catered dinner to the hotel just across the street. If we are even back we will set up a buffet at their restaurant. A favorite for our girls was the chicken Alfredo! Food is always very good! Portion sizes are on the smaller side for sure but the prices are very reasonable. We usually get an appetizer and a main dish and that is enough. The dining room is always very clean and the staff check in frequently to make sure you have everything you need. read more

The service is awesome! I have been twice in the past week because of how kind the service is. This used to be my favorite restaurant when it was Pasta Jacks. This Bryant location taste closest to the original when the Glazes owned it. I get the lunch pasta. The Alfredo is my very favorite. It's soooo creamy. I get it on penne pasta instead of linguini and they never give me any trouble for asking them to change it. The salad and garlic bread are my 2 favorite things. I love the dressing and how well it coats all of the lettuce. I also love the freshly grated Parmesan. I haven't eaten here in a couple of years because of the change of ownership. But now it's my new favorite again. The recipes are almost identical to the old Pasta Jacks. read more

The garlic bread was one toasted thick slice of Italian bread. I had cheese tortellini topped with marina and tomatoes, boy had spaghetti with marinara {and it came out as linguini and not spaghetti which he thought was very cool and is certainly easier for beginning fork twirlers} trucker had chicken and mushrooms with penne and they just toss it all together with their garlic butter and it needs no sauce. Everything was perfectly seasoned and spiced. And we had the rare happiness of encountering an Italian restaurant that cooks pasta al dente rather than into the smooshable goo most American mouths somehow seem to prefer{eeeeeeeeeewwwww}. You walk in order your food at the counter and they bring it to you Lunch special includes salad, bread and generous choice of entree for $5.85 They make all their sauces, sald dressing and garlic butter from scratch every day. They do not make your food until it is ordered so everything arrives at the table hot and fresh. Decor is very light and airy. Tables are simple but comfortable. I thank the Cracker Barrel across the street for having a 30+ min wait for a table otherwise I'd have never encountered Pasta Jack's and that would be a travesty. The worst meal we have ever eaten. The salad was not fresh. Lettuce was rubbery. I ordered small spaghetti plate with meat sauce. I received a plate with bland old linguine noodles covered in canned meat sauce. The garlic bread was cold bread with garlic spread on top of it. My partners Marinara plate with shrimp, had the same old linguine noodles, canned sauce and bland frozen shrimp. Will never eat here again. read more

Let me go ahead and say with the name "Pasta J's", I didn't know what to expect. This place ended up being my favorite Italian restaurant I've ever been to. The first thing I ordered was their manicotti. It's the best I've ever had. All of the Alfredo food they have is really good as well. What stood out the most to us was their spinach artichoke dip. It's the BEST. Also, the staff was very friendly and ready to accommodate us all while being safe amid COVID-19. Its better than Olive Garden, but double the servings at a way better price! I saw the google reviews here it was a 4star so I thought I'd try it. There aren't many pasta places around here. So I walked in. It's not fine dining. Looks like it uses to be a fast food place. They have someone to greet you and seat you. Had some soft country music playing which I like. The prices aren't bad either. Usually pasta is expensive. I read a review here of a mad customer saying they loved everything it gave one star because they didn't honor the online prices. The prices today were no different onthe menu. In fact my entree was a dollar cheaper on the bill than the menu. I'll also say I eat out 7-10 times a week and good service is hard to find around central Arkansas. The staff here is very nice. Accommodating. Now to the food. The only reason I gave this 4stars is because of the food quality. It didn't wow me. There was way more veggies than meat. It was a tad bland. It seemed like the chicken was precooked and veggies were pre streamed and thrown together which makes for fast service. But taste quality suffers. It was by no means bad. I added some salt and pepper and it was great. It was a good portion for the price. I am taking half of it home. I'll come back here. read more

came off the highway on way to Houston, Tx. thought we would try this out, I did not like ordering ay the counter, can you imagine 20 people in line to order? They crammed in as much salad as they could into a little bowl with lots of shredded carrots. Thats nor Italian. But dressing was good. Pizza was not close to homade as stated. Picture on menu is 3/4 inch thick. Ours was premade cracker crust. with way too much cheese to compensate for dough they did not make. Also ordered the lasagna and not too bad but too much sauce and very little pasta and again in small bowl. Use a plate to searve a dish like this. If you order at the conter, do you have to tip as much? She did not come to table and ask if we needed some time to look at a menu or do we want a drink before ordering. And by the way good food does not have a drive through. Will never go back read more

Visiting town, I found a want for italian food. Looking around, I found this little place that was completely empty. I went in with my friend, and decided to give it a try. I had the sampler, just in case something wasn't good. Overall, it was mediocre. The good: the meatballs were great. Big, moist, perfectly cooked. The service was very friendly. The spaghetti noodles were cooked perfectly. The bad: the marinara was extremely watery. The lasagna had portions of undercooked noodle. The seasoning seemed a bit off in the meat sauce. In all not bad, not great. But the cost was fair for what you got. read more
