I told him we need to apply for the assistance. He immediately told us we need to come back next day. Why? Apparently not enough manpower to help us no interview which usually ends at 3 pm. I asked to speak to the supervisor, then he replied he was the supervisor. What a joke! He is sending out everyone comes in to apply for the assistance. DSHS is awful place to visit.
