I am based in San Antonio, but when I am home, I am so busy. What I have found that if I do an overnight in Laredo, this is the perfect place for me to catch up on some grooming....like my nails! A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. I got tired of waiting so i paid for removing my nail polish and left. They sent me a survey asking for my feedback and you can see their very professional response below. She kept making comments about how fat my feet were, and how of I changed my diet to soup and tea I would lose a bunch of weight. She also told my little sister she needed to stop eating spicy food because it was giving her pimples. She would not let up. I Felt Like crying. If it weren't for the fact that I brought my husband's 12 year old sister with me i would've have lost it on her. Ironic though - she was neither a spring chicken nor a twig.
