A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. I got tired of waiting so i paid for removing my nail polish and left. They sent me a survey asking for my feedback and you can see their very professional response below. Danny was who rang me up and he was sorry abd unaware this had happened. I will never go back again because of these charges that i was not notified about and were just added to my bill. I had assumed that i would be charged what I saw on the menu that Ivy showed me. She did not tell me the polish color orctype i chose would cause 30 dollars total in additional charges.
