If you can't do a design, just tell me (or any client) so we can reassess or go somewhere else so I can leave happy with exactly what I wanted. I don't recommend this place, first when I made my appointment, I made it with Alex. Getting there, he tells me to sit and wait and then he gets another girl and I get another guy, I did tell him "I made an appointment with Alex" . He laughs and just says "no". Since there's only two men who work on nails, I assumed both do awesome nails, so I continued with him. I showed him what I wanted and asked if I can see their pinks. He just gave me what they have and I was look at a similar pink that I wanted, but it wasn't it, and the guy randomly tells me "that color is super ugly" (multiple times). I tell him "well i like it" and since it wasn't the same as what I wanted, I asked if they had a forest green color, he brought me an emerald green, which is pretty but not what I wanted. When it comes to my nails, I'm super indecisive, so I was thinking about what I wanted and then he tells me "you need to tell me what color you want already" and I tell him "im sorry im super indecisive". Then he proceeds to sigh loud and say "well let me just start on your nails already then and you just tell me later". He already had an attitude like if he was in a hurry, he was super passive aggressive. He proceeds to do my nails and when he is cutting the length, he asks me what size i want them and I tell him "can you do them medium sized" and then he tells me (again super annoyed) "what is that?" and i tell him "not long, but not short either" and he does it then proceeds to do my nails again. It comes towards the end and asks me what color I decided on and I tell him black, I show him what how I wanted my nails before he did the design and tells me "Yes i can do that", he starts doing the french tip, and shows me how he left the first nail and asks if I like it and I told him "No it's too thin, can you make it thicker" and he replies with "thick is super ugly" and i tell him that i like them thick (like the picture i showed him) and proceeds to continue to tell him that that is super ugly. He finished and showed me that one finger again, and it was good and I told him that that was perfect. He then starts doing my second finger and says "No no thick is super ugly, thinner is better". He told me this like a good 3-4x, I told him those 3-4x that I like them like that. I finally said "okay thinner then". He ended up leaving them exactly the same from before. Then he tells me "Do you like them like this bc I am not going to do it again" and i tell him "if i don't like them then you are going to have to". He just laughs and continues, as he was doing them he kept saying "oops" and laughing and he wouldn't correct his mistakes. At this point, I just wanted to leave also bc I had other important things to do. I paid $70 for the shittiest nails I've ever gotten done. I called back the same day to tell them what happened and they told me to go back Sunday to get them fixed. Throughout the day I kept looking at them and they were so poorly done, super thick nails, my french tips are extremely crooked, and not even the type of french I had asked for. So I decided to call the next next day to ask for a refund and they can take them off if they want. Alex told me that no nail salon does refunds but he can only offer me 30% off for when I go fix my nails. What the fuck is that type of service, after their employee did such a shitty job and gave me the worst customer service of my life, they still expect me to pay for something THEY messed up on. Again, Alex did not do my nails, it was the other male who works there. I did make my appointment with him but he didn't get me for some reason. I know most people would say "you should've told him right then and there". Keep in mind, I was already getting such a shitty customer service, I didn't even want to be there anymore and I had other important things to do. Never will I ever go to this place again, worst Nail Salon I have ever been too. read more

My daughter received a pedicure from Tim (a female). She cut so much cuticle that she had problems walking afterwards (today is the 5th day and still has problems). She has been putting hydrogen peroxide on the cut hoping it doesn't get infected. Also, they did not massage her feet. I also received a manicure from Gloria. She did not massage my hand because her appointment arrived (her friend). The polish was not even in the color and it fell off the following day. Tim also gave me a pedicure. Visiting my sister and we desperately needed pedicures! As walk ins, we were greeted and promptly seated for our pedicures. We were able to soak our feet for longer than most places, which I appreciated. They did a great job with exfoliation and the leg/foot massage. Both our estheticians were attentive to detail and friendly throughout the process. Docked a star as I am sensitive to smells, but it is overall recommendable. My sister recommends Chayo and although I did not catch his name, the male esthitician was quick and thorough as well. read more
