I went to this place back in January 2024 because they offer various services --facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, etc ..I had a pedicure and facial. Both were good but pricey. The pedicure was $55 ...the most I've ever paid...and it didn't even include a paraffin wax. Again it was good but to me not worth the price. Next I had a facial with Lydia... again good but for the price ($85) I didn't even get a shoulder/arm-hand massage. Believe me I've had plenty of facials and pedicures for less money and got those extra services. Aside from this, the staff and ambience were nice. read more

Although everyone is nice, I had a really bad experience. I did not get the spa treatment at all. I went to relax, and paid good money for certain amenities, that were not working. Also the procedures I got done did not feel relaxing at all, I was in the room for an hour and I was worked in for 15 minutes at most. I'm very disappointed. I don't pamper myself ever and when I do this happen. I was really hoping to get a studio 55 vibe and we'll it's just not that. read more

Terrible customer service. Went here for a facial a couple of times. Booked an appointment Thursday when they were about to close for 5 pm on Friday (the next day). Friday arrives and I called them at 5:10 letting them know I would be 10 min late. They said don't worry about it, come over. I get there 5:20 and I am told it's too late and they have a 15 min. grace period, so they will charge me for the service and not take me in. I explain I'm a recurrent customer, I've never been late, I called ahead of time, I literally just booked this last night (so they can't really say I was taking space they could've used for someone else), etc. I get a cold blooded "we don't care, rules are rules, and we'll charge you anyway" from the manager. So there's that--these people are willing to lose a recurring customer and charge you for a service not received over a one-time 5 minute delay outside their grace period. I've never been treated like this at a customer-oriented industry, and I've been to plenty spas! Run for the hills to the Body Lab next door -- the facials are WAY better and the customer service is much better. read more

Will second the first review. Everybody was more than nice from the second you walk in to the every end. The ambience was on point and not enough can be said about the staff. You can't find one person in this building who isn't about your satisfaction or relaxation! The place can be expensive much like any spa but is worth it. Will be coming back: great place! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Skintology Spa during my visit to Laredo from Boston! The services from facial to massage to manicure are all top of the line, delivered with grace by a very friendly and professional staff. My facial left my skin soft and smooth, feeling refreshed after a cold winter! The Pilates studio was an amazing surprise. I was initially a bit nervous to try Pilates but had heard great things from friends. This studio is a fabulous environment with instructors who really customized my work out, tailoring moves to my level for my first Pilates experience. I tried classes by Andria, Jasmine and Jenny, all whom were very knowledgable and able to help me adapt to the moves and exercises. After just a few classes I can already see and feel the changes in tone and strength, and will definitely be recommending this to friends and my patients as well. Would definitely recommend as a low impact, high reward workout for anyone looking to tone up for summertime. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Laredo! read more

This spa is a one of a kind experience. I have been to many spas when I travel and Skintology Spa is definitely rated top of my list. The staff is professional, courteous. and friendly. The ambiance is beautiful, calming, and clean. The services are extensive including massage, body sculpting, Laser hair removal, and facials! I had a spa day that started with a Pilates class then an unbelievable facial followed up by a massage and ended with my mani-pedi. I left feeling rejuvenated and motivated to continue to take care of myself. One of my favorites is Pilates! The reformer beds are just amazing. After just a few classes your body starts to transform. My lost curves and muscle tone are finding their way back in only four sessions. I can really feel the difference and I feel great! read more

Michelle has changed my face and myself esteem completely. I am forever grateful for that. She is an amazing person and takes great pride in what she does. She was able to educated me in the process of helping my face look better. She's isn't like other people who are pushing to sell you products and services that aren't necessary to ones needs. She was able to recommend Products from the spa and out of the spa. In my case, I don't usually buy products but she has a great manner of educating you why the Spa products are best for ones needs. The products have help tremendously in combination of the service provided by her. Unfortunately , as all good must have it's bad I have referred so many friends and family to Michelle and they have not yet experienced the amazing service provided by her. Yet my family and friends seem to always be booked with someone else. I did mention it to someone at front desk in which I believe her name was Alondra. She mentioned that the best solution was requesting who we wanted for our service. My niece requested Michelle and ended up with someone else who wasn't to her best like. Skintology I'm sure you must know by now what a great asset to your business this girl is. read more
